I pre-ordered the large fruit tart online for my mom's birthday. We loved it. The filling was not too sweet and paired well with the sweet tart shell.
It also came with a biscuit birthday topper.
The staff was very friendly when I picked it up. I would definitely buy this again and try other items on the menu.

Their tarts are delicious and solid. The crust of the tarts is baked to perfection, and it’s crunchy yet not too hard. The filling and toppings are very generous.
I personally like the banana tart the most, although all are yummy. The mango tart and lemon tart were a teeny bit sour for me.
Ordered for delivery, the tarts came safe and sound. The tarts were in good condition in their boxes. Thank you, Wunderfolks!

The tart crust was hard. The lemon meringue tart had a stale egg smell. I could hardly taste the pineapple in the coconut pineapple tart. The dark chocolate tart was still not bad. The price of $8 per piece seemed not worth it for this quality, though. But the service lady was nice and friendly.

I ordered their iced matcha latte, chocolate (flat?) croissant, and a matcha and strawberry tart. I'm a tart person in general, so I do enjoy them, but it turns out I liked the croissant better than everything else! It had a sweet, crispy texture that would go really well if paired with coffee, etc.
The matcha latte was quite disappointing, as I felt like I was drinking milk instead.
Service was good, and the staff were friendly and considerate! I loved their little cozy seating corner too.

I visited L'Occitane Tampines around 8 PM and purchased two of their EDTs and a men's body wash.
The transaction was smooth. He (the staff) did not over-pressure me to buy other items. I was not aware of his name, but there were only two staff members present at that time: one female and one male.
I appreciated his service. He gave me ample space and time to browse and decide, yet he was always there whenever I needed help.
To L'Occitane Singapore: Please consider increasing his salary and providing extra bonuses. You have a great staff member; please retain him.
