Great, attentive staff! Selina, one of the staff members, was kind enough to help me check on a specific jacket and reserve it at another branch. There was great follow-through to find it and update me while I continued with my other shopping!
Finding a natural lipstick wasn't really helpful. I asked the staff for a recommendation, and she just picked one and walked away. I needed an affordable lipstick urgently, which is why I bought it. Otherwise, I would have gone to another store.
I would give zero stars if I could! The service was terrible. Today I went to look for the no sebum powder. I asked if this product was for oily skin, and the staff member, Tina, laughed at me sarcastically. Afterwards, I tried the powder and asked a few questions, but she continued to laugh at me in a very sarcastic way. I told her I wanted the product, and she didn't even say thank you, just rushed to the counter. Meanwhile, I was asking her if there were any other products for oily skin, like powder and foundation. She didn't understand, and I had to further explain my question. She then replied, "Oh, that's called foundation" (in Chinese) and laughed at me again. I don't think I said anything wrong. What was there to laugh about? However, I endured her laughter and asked if I could try the foundation to see if it could cover a small, light scar I have. She dramatically said, "Huh??? It won't cover it!" and it felt like she was mocking me. I was appalled by her reaction and explained that some foundations are capable of covering scars. She laughed again. From the start, she responded to my questions with laughter and looked at me in a way that made me feel like she was mocking me and belittling me. This was my first time seeing such poor service in the cosmetics industry! Terrible attitude. Innisfree's products are very famous globally, and I really like them, but having such customer service will definitely leave customers disappointed. What's the point of having good products? I hope Innisfree in Singapore improves their staff's customer service, especially this staff member, Tina, at Tampines Mall.
The staff here is very rude. I came to exchange the foundation I bought for my mother two days ago because the coverage wasn't enough. From the start, the staff was very unwilling to let me exchange the foundation. Then, when I chose the one I wanted to exchange it for, she opened the foundation I had never opened before and accused me of having opened it, and refused to exchange it. Then she rudely told me she couldn't exchange it and said that if I wanted to complain, I should go to Facebook. I am very upset with her attitude.
I was there on May 22nd at noon. The Innisfree shop in Tampines Mall was empty, and two staff members were talking. I browsed and was looking for blush. Unable to find it, I walked over to the staff and asked. She told me it was out of stock and then went back to continue her conversation with her colleague. I was in the mood for shopping, but I left the shop and went to Laneige instead.
I just wanted to return my bottles because I needed to leave. Perhaps I looked impatient, as the counter staff was talking with the customer for a long time without telling me, "Sorry, please wait a while." Anyway, when it was finally my turn, the staff rolled her eyes at me. I guess you only get good service at this branch when you're buying something!
They offer a wide range of skincare products, from cleansers and moisturizers to serums and masks. Many of their products are formulated with ingredients sourced from Jeju Island, South Korea. Innisfree is a great option for those looking for affordable, effective skincare essentials, especially considering their promotions!
