I was pleasing surprised to receive a coupon because I reviewed their clothes. So I went to try out the pant at Tampines Mall and wanted to redeem at the cashier counter. The Indian cashier at lvl 3 (who seem like a part timer or a student) told me the coupon is just to deduce $1 from the pant price. Confused I ask her again and she state it is just to reduce $1. When I ask her is it not free, she told me no. So I decided not to make the purchase. After reading the T&C of the coupon and discover there is no stating of $1 off, I approach the cashier at lvl 2. She seems unsure as well and she call for the higher management. She came and confirm it is for free. So I went lvl 3 and get the pant and came down to lvl 2 to redeem. It is another cashier and again she call for the higher management for help. He came and he has to scan my membership code repeatedly to make the redemption. After waiting for a while, I am finally able to redeem a pant. Pls educate and train your staff more better to prevent this kind of misinformation. FYI, Lvl 2 the fitting room door is spoiled while Lvl 3 room 1 the door lock is unstable, pls kindly repair your fitting room.

I recently visited Uniqlo Tampines and had an extremely unpleasant experience due to a rude staff member. While I usually enjoy shopping at Uniqlo for its quality products, this particular visit left me disappointed and frustrated. While browsing, I was abruptly told to “move, move, move” in a rude and dismissive manner. The tone was harsh and completely unnecessary, leaving me shocked and embarrassed. It left me feeling disrespected and unwelcome in the store. A simple polite request would have been sufficient, but this kind of behavior reflects poorly on Uniqlo’s customer service standards. I hope Uniqlo takes this feedback seriously and invests in better training for their staff to ensure respectful and courteous service. This experience has definitely made me reconsider visiting this location again. Today at around 3pm to 4pm I wanted to make an exchange for an airism t shirt that I had bought in the wrong size. I approached the employee working at the counter level 3 which was a middle age looking female wearing a white jacket with a slightly short pony tail and curtain bangs while wearing a red lanyard around her neck. Well basically she wasn't sure if I can make an exchange so she approached a younger staff for help with long black hair wearing a black jacket with thick make up. She told me an exchange could not be done as there are display shirts to try on and the packaging that I had bought the shirt with was opened (which is not my job to fold the shirt nicely back into the packaging for them but I still did). So I decided to leave the store afterwards. However, now that I remembered the day that I bought the shirt there was no display shirts in my size. Thus, I bought the wrong size. Now as I look at my receipt I realised that I have met the two most back requirements of being able to get the exchange I deserve. Which was exchanging within 30 days of purchase with the packaging/tag intact. So with uniqlo being a multinational corporation without a doubt they should be able to afford as many display shirts as possible but sadly they failed to meet this standard. Also since I meet two very obvious requirements for an exchange I think that as a multinational corporation uniqlo is really hypocritical and is a waste of my time since an exchange could not be done over such minor details which I previously stated. I would like to suggest that uniqlo can simply go with a no refund/no exchange policy stated on every single receipt for the sake every consumer's time.

Worse shop and customer service ever. So inflexible , policies don't make sense . Constant miscommunication and inconsistent instruction from one staff to another. Wasted so much of my time. Refuse to assist. Everything cannot . Worse Uniqlo store in Singapore

I walked in about 9.30am asking if i can get a set of clothes for my daughter whose clothes are drenched with hot drinks fallen on her thigh, shirt and shorts. The staff cold heartedly told me that the store doesnt open until 11am when it is a saturday and it is supposed to open at 10am and told me she will not sell me until 11am

When I placed my order through the app using a Shopback voucher, I did not receive the camping mug. Upon contacting customer service, I was informed that the promotion only considers the net amount after all Uniqlo coupons, including Shopback vouchers, are deducted. However, the app did not clearly state this restriction for the camping mug promotion. While the mystery gift promotion specified that eligibility was based on the net amount after both Shopback vouchers and Uniqlo coupons. The camping mug promotion only mentioned Uniqlo coupons, which led to confusion. As a consumer, I found this lack of clarity misleading. Despite writing to them, they simply just change it in the app, stating the camping mug promotion also include Shopback vouchers.

I was at the Tampines mall outlet and I went to the fitting room level 2 at around 1:05pm on 23 December 2024. After trying out a pants, I asked the staff lady where to put my pants because I didn't want the pants she didn't replied anything but when I gave her the item number plaque she just snatched and gave a bit of attitude, she had glasses and had short bleached brown hair, I don't know her name. I was taken abake by this behavior of her. It didn't affect me at all but I was js annoyed by it ((I love Uniqlo))

I visited Uniqlo at 9:30 PM and took four dresses to the fitting room. The staff member at the fitting room seemed to judge everyone who returned items. When it was my turn, I tried on the four dresses but none were comfortable, so I decided to return them. When I informed the staff member that I was returning all the dresses, her facial expression changed noticeably. This made me feel uncomfortable. Trying on clothes before buying them is essential, but if the staff behaves this way, it discourages customers from wanting to return to that branch.

Staff with a long hair and dark skin at the fitting room is not friendly and looked very angry. After returning the basket at the counter, she banged the basket on the counter top and doing her thing loudly. Just wondering customers are not welcomed to try on clothes or she is not happy working here. I felt bad as a loyalty customer at Uniqlo.

Service is really bad, bought 4 chainsaw man tees, which entitles one to 2 free stickers. Cashier told me the stickers were out of stock without even checking, what a lazy cashier! Called them via the telephone to double check and another person said it was in stock. Wasted my time and MRT trip fee to go all the way back again to get.

I was served by Serene from Tampines Mall outlet. She was very welcoming when I approach her at the changing room. My wife and I kept going back as we were indecisive with our clothings. Sorry to trouble her, but we didn't get the clothing's we tried out but instead got the airism that was one promotion. So much trouble to Serene and yet she still smile and served us pleasantly every time we head back. She proactively promotes the Uniqlo app and even recommend the usage of vouchers for new joiners. Coming from a corporate world employee myself I felt that Serene has the attitude to do more as she actively push forth one of the company's strategic tactics (Uniqlo App) and on board people into the app. To be frank as guy my shopping is objective, I swing in get the things I want, and I leave. I do not have the time to interact with the staff and always pick and go, but something about Serene made me spend my time there the interact and as a customer I appreciate her try to keep my cost low with the voucher. Without this interaction, I will not know about the voucher and how even more hassle free it can be now that I can just click from the app.

Uniqlo Tampines 1 has absolutely wonderful and top notch service compared to other Uniqlo branches. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Upon seeing me with so many items, a staff brought me a basket so that I could put my clothes inside, for a better shopping experience. Staff in the fitting rooms were patient and very accommodating too, and arranged for me to have a bigger changing room when he saw that I had a lot of items. I had a very good shopping experience with staff Suhaimi, who was very patient and assisted me with my other shopping after I made my payment. I will definitely revisit this branch.

Great and affordable place to buy men's clothing, some of the AIRism clothing is quite good, stylish and last longer, suitable for the weather conditions in SG and also great for travelling too. Checkout is not a problem and they can do a free alterations if the pant is too long.
