Bought my new Michael kors watch to fix the strap on 22 Mar Tampines Mall. I didn't really check as I am rushing to work. To my horror my stainless steel strap was full of scratches and there are 2 pins bulging out as he did not fix properly and the claps can't close, keep giving ways after I put on. Sure a poor and unprofessional service. Will not go back

Had a very smooth and straightforward experience in getting my new Seiko from Helen last night! I already know what I am interested in getting and contacted them via WA in the morning, followed by a quick call by Helen to confirm my order. Once there, she knows who I am by name and I pestered her with questions on my old winder that needs new power adaptor, my old automatic watch that needs servicing, leather bands, and so on. She was calm+pleasant and answered my questions well while even managed to attend to another customer at the same time. In the end, I added a new Boxy winder and she gotten another happy customer in me. Keep up the good work @Helen!
