Instead of helping to solve this problem, you're just pushing it aside as if it has nothing to do with you. Such an irresponsible reply. I can’t wear my new watch because your staff damaged it, and now you're giving me an unhelpful answer.
I bought my new Michael Kors watch to have the strap fixed on March 22nd at Tampines Mall. I didn't really check it because I was rushing to work. To my horror, my stainless steel strap was full of scratches, and two pins were bulging out because it wasn't fixed properly. The clasp can't close and keeps coming undone after I put it on. It was certainly poor and unprofessional service. I will not go back.

I had a good and quick experience at Vincent Watch once again. This was my second purchase, this time for the Yema Superman 500. I was happily surprised to learn that Vincent Watch has a small stock of this brand, which isn't widely known in Singapore, but it's a fantastic piece nonetheless. Coincidentally, the salesperson, Louis, was also wearing a Yema! I got a good deal on it, and the entire experience was great!

"I had a very smooth and straightforward experience getting my new Seiko from Helen last night! I already knew what I was interested in and contacted them via WhatsApp in the morning, followed by a quick call from Helen to confirm my order. Once there, she knew me by name, and I peppered her with questions about my old winder that needs a new power adapter, my old automatic watch that needs servicing, leather bands, and so on. She was calm and pleasant and answered my questions well while even managing to attend to another customer at the same time. In the end, I added a new Boxy winder, and she gained another happy customer in me. Keep up the good work, Helen!"

Located on level 1 of the mall, the store is easy to find. It displays various branded watches ranging from $100 to $6000, which we viewed during our purchase. The staff is friendly and spoke well. We completed our purchase within 30 minutes, and the transaction was smooth. There is currently a 20% discount offer running on most models.
