J.Co Donuts & Coffee (Tampines Mall): Delicious Donuts, Mixed Experience (3.5/5 Stars) Rating: • Atmosphere: 3/5 (Busy and crowded, with inconsistent air conditioning, but comfortable seating and a view) • Food Quality: 4/5 (Delicious donuts and flavorful coffee) • Service: 3/5 (Inconsistent service, with some staff members being helpful and others less welcoming) • Value: 4/5 (Good value for money with promotions available) Overall: 3.5/5 Donkey and I were at Tampines Hub for lunch, but a sweet craving for donuts led us to J.Co Donuts & Coffee at Tampines Mall. We've tried J.Co before in Malaysia and know they make good donuts, so we were excited to try their Singapore outlet. However, our visit wasn't without challenges. The cafe was quite busy, with many customers using laptops and occupying tables for extended periods. Finding a seat was a challenge, and it felt a bit crowded overall. The seating was comfortable, with large windows offering a view of the outside scene. The staff was inconsistent. While one staff member was helpful and friendly in assisting us with seating and our bikes, others, like the cashier and another staff member, were less welcoming. We took advantage of their promotion for a drink and two donuts, opting for the Iced Jcoccino with Fresh Milk and two delicious donuts, excluding the red velvet. The coffee was refreshing and flavorful, and the donuts were fantastic. However, the lackluster air conditioning made the cafe feel stuffy; it wasn't as cold as the air conditioning within the shopping mall. While the donuts and coffee were nice, the overall experience was hampered by the inconsistent service and weak air conditioning. While J.Co Donuts & Coffee has delicious donuts, we found the service and comfort lacking for this store. We'd recommend trying their donuts but suggest finding a quieter location or visiting during a less busy time.

Uniqlo Tampines Mall is a reliable and convenient option for clothing shopping in the area. It consistently delivers good quality at affordable prices, making it a popular choice for both everyday wear and special occasions.

I walked in around 9:30 am, asking if I could get a set of clothes for my daughter, whose clothes were drenched with a hot drink that had spilled on her thigh, shirt, and shorts. The staff coldly told me that the store didn't open until 11 am, even though it was a Saturday and supposed to open at 10 am, and said she wouldn't sell me anything until 11 am.

"Worst shop and customer service ever. They are so inflexible, and their policies don't make sense. There's constant miscommunication and inconsistent instruction from one staff member to another. I wasted so much of my time. They refuse to assist. Everything is impossible. This is the worst Uniqlo store in Singapore."

Great location, easy to find. A good range of warm weather clothing with nice colors. Friendly staff, keen to please. I got a few things, but they didn't stock cargo long pants. Please get them in soon!

I was at the Tampines Mall outlet and went to the fitting room on level 2 around 1:05 pm on December 23, 2024. After trying on a pair of pants, I asked the staff lady where to put them. She didn't reply, but when I gave her the item number plaque, she snatched it and gave a bit of attitude. She had glasses and short, bleached brown hair; I don't know her name. I was taken aback by her behavior. It didn't affect me much, but I was just annoyed. ((I love Uniqlo))

Big store with more choices. Managed to get what we needed. I always feel happy shopping at Uniqlo. Left without being empty-handed! 😂

I was pleasantly surprised to receive a coupon after reviewing their clothes. So, I went to try on the pants at Tampines Mall and wanted to redeem it at the cashier counter. The Indian cashier on level 3 (who seemed like a part-timer or a student) told me the coupon was just to deduct $1 from the pant price. Confused, I asked her again, and she stated it was just to reduce the price by $1. When I asked if it was free, she said no. So I decided not to make the purchase. After reading the terms and conditions of the coupon and discovering that it didn't state $1 off, I approached the cashier on level 2. She seemed unsure as well and called for higher management. They came and confirmed it was for free. So, I went back to level 3 and got the pants, then went down to level 2 to redeem the coupon. It was another cashier, and again, she called for higher management for help. He came and had to scan my membership code repeatedly to make the redemption. After waiting for a while, I was finally able to redeem a pair of pants. Please educate and train your staff better to prevent this kind of misinformation. FYI, on level 2, the fitting room door is broken, while on level 3, room 1's door lock is unstable. Please kindly repair your fitting rooms.

Uniqlo Tampines 1 has absolutely wonderful and top-notch service compared to other Uniqlo branches. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Upon seeing me with so many items, a staff member brought me a basket so I could put my clothes inside, for a better shopping experience. Staff in the fitting rooms were also patient and very accommodating, and arranged for me to have a bigger changing room when they saw that I had a lot of items. I had a very good shopping experience with staff member Suhaimi, who was very patient and assisted me with my other shopping after I made my payment. I will definitely revisit this branch.

Great and affordable place to buy men's clothing. Some of the AIRism clothing is quite good, stylish, and lasts a long time. It's suitable for the weather conditions in Singapore and also great for traveling. Checkout is not a problem, and they offer free alterations if the pants are too long.
