I came around 8 pm at L’occitane Tampines and purchased two of its EDTs and a men's body wash.
The transaction was done smoothly. The staff didn't pressure me to buy other items. I don't know his name; there were only two staff members there at the time, one female and one male.
I appreciated his service. He gave me ample space and time to browse and decide, yet he was there whenever I needed help.
To L’occitane Singapore, please increase his salary and give him extra bonuses. You have a great staff; please keep him.
Nice and well-displayed watches. You can find most of the latest models here. However, the range of each model is limited. Don't expect knowledgeable staff; do your homework first.
I had a very disappointing experience with one of the staff members during my recent visit (September 19th). From the moment we arrived, he made us feel unwelcome. Hospitality was clearly lacking, as our questions were met with impatience and a complete lack of professionalism. The staff's poor attitude completely ruined the brand's image. I hope management addresses this issue, as it reflects poorly on what could otherwise be a great establishment.
I bought a Casio watch online from Casio SG. It was too big, and I needed to get a few links removed. I went to this outlet and asked if they could do it for me. The lady said they didn't have the tools and told me to go to a Casio service center.
Literally two shops down in Tampines Mall is Vincent Watch shop. I paid $5, and they removed the links for me in less than 5 minutes.
I found it very silly that Casio isn't equipped to re-fit Casio watches. It's also strange that other reviews below say they've had their watches resized, but I was turned away.

Visited the outlet to have my Casio bracelet resized on March 20th around 4:15 PM. The staff (Kieran?) was very helpful and professional, and attended to my needs. She even helped me sync my time without being asked. Thumbs up! 👍
Went to this place to have a watch bracelet resized. The sales staff did it with no questions asked. I mean, I have received worse customer service from high-end watch retailers. I have absolutely no regrets supporting such brands in the future.
