I came around 8pm ish at L’occitane Tampines, purchased two of its EDT and man’s body wash. The transaction was done smoothly. No over presured to buy other items by him (the staff). I was not aware of his name, only 2 staffs at that time. One female and one male. I appreciated his service given, he gave ample spaces and time for me to browse through and to decide, yet he happened to be there everytime i needed help. To L’occitane Singapore, please increase his salary + extra bonuses. You have a great staff, please maintain it.
