I came around 8 pm at L’occitane Tampines and purchased two of its EDTs and a men's body wash. The transaction was done smoothly. The staff didn't pressure me to buy other items. I don't know his name; there were only two staff members there at the time, one female and one male. I appreciated his service. He gave me ample space and time to browse and decide, yet he was there whenever I needed help. To L’occitane Singapore, please increase his salary and give him extra bonuses. You have a great staff; please keep him.
