I had purchased a pair of glasses a couple of months ago, and today, the frame unfortunately broke. I reached out to Christine—and despite being on holiday, she responded immediately with a solution. She even arranged for her colleague to assist me with a replacement the very next day. Her dedication, even while away, speaks volumes. Everyone at this outlet has been very helpful and friendly. I was shopping around for a good pair of daily contact lenses and decided to swing by their store. The optician, Siti, was super helpful and really sweet. During the vision test, she explained any vision issues I had to look out for and did a contact lens fitting for me. She explained why some types of contact lenses wouldn't work for me and even checked my eye curvature and overall eye health. Two thumbs up for such excellent service! I will definitely be going back for a pair of specs for me to wear at home.
