I had purchased a pair of glasses a couple of months ago, and today, the frame unfortunately broke. I reached out to Christine—and despite being on holiday, she responded immediately with a solution. She even arranged for her colleague to assist me with a replacement the very next day.

Everyone at this outlet has been very helpful and friendly. I was shopping around for a good pair of daily contact lenses and decided to swing by their store.
The optician, Siti, was super helpful and really sweet. During the vision test, she explained any vision issues I had to look out for and did a contact lens fitting for me. She explained why some types of contact lenses wouldn't work for me and even checked my eye curvature and overall eye health.
Two thumbs up for such excellent service! I will definitely be going back for a pair of specs for me to wear at home.

Chris was very professional while attending to our request to change my daughter’s two-month-old Hoya transition lens to one without transition. As there was no change in prescription, Hoya was not willing to change the lens for free. Chris tried her best to explain and spent many days discussing with Hoya to convince them to allow the change. Her dedication to providing the best service to her customers and her commitment were clearly demonstrated when she tirelessly followed through until she reached an agreement with Hoya to allow the change. Chris also did a thorough eye check for my daughter to ensure clear and comfortable vision before changing the lens. We would like to thank Chris for all the help rendered.
Many thanks also to Corrine, who attended to my daughter when she visited the store in October 2024. Corrine was very patient and pleasant to deal with. She’s knowledgeable and helped my daughter to eventually choose a pair of glasses that is practical and suitable for a young girl.

Went last week and had my glasses ready in just a week. I had a fantastic experience with the male staff member who served me. He was very detailed when explaining the lenses and coatings when I was getting my glasses made. You could tell he was very attentive when it came to customer service.
There was a wide selection of glasses in different brands to choose from. I would recommend everyone who needs new glasses to come and get theirs here.
