I bought a package and would say the masseuses all have very good skills. I don't know much English, but it was still okay for me because, hey, it’s the massaging skills that matter. What I can’t accept is that the front desk ladies ALSO DON'T KNOW ENGLISH. How can you be working at the front desk and not know English? I wanted to pay by card for the top-up… they didn't know how to do that either. I said I had no cash and wanted to pay by card. She kept talking to me in Mandarin. I took out my card, and then she figured it out. Why hire them as front desk if they don’t know any English at all? They are located in Tampines Mall. TM has people of so many different races and religions visiting the place. They don't even know simple English! Seriously, please train your front desk staff with the basic English required for customer service! Don’t tell me they don't even know the terms "cash" or "card" in English!

Visited the Tampines Mall outlet yesterday, and it turned out to be a very unpleasant experience. We were really put off by this pushy Filipino lady with long hair. We already told her that my cousin couldn't fit in the t-shirt size, but she kept repeating, at least five times, that she could give a discount if we bought the t-shirt. Hello! It's not about the money! Why should we buy something when the size doesn't even fit? Please reflect on your sales technique! I don't even want to give a star, but I have no choice as I can't post without one. Zero stars are given.

I am delighted by the customer service provided to me at the Giordano store in Tampines Mall, level 2. I was served by TOMANENG ESTER ALOG (GFO 04669). ESTER is an asset to GIORDANO. I went to buy a pair of pants for my wife and ended up buying two pairs each, both for me and my wife. If Ester had not been at the counter, I may not have spent this much at the store. I would like to appreciate ESTER for her customer service skills.

The lady manager and sales staff are very friendly and helpful. The store is also clean and neat, and it was a nice shopping experience for us to shop for national days' clothing for our kids.

One of the many branches in Singapore. They offer seasonal T-shirts for different festivities, which is good if you need to buy the same basic shirt for a group. It's a basics-focused store, and not what I would look for if I needed anything else.
