Beware of this auntie, Tan Bee Hong; she is bad at math. Today, May 27, 2019, at or around 3:30 PM, I bought Toto tickets for $34 and gave her a $100 note. She only returned $16, I was shocked and asked her to give me the correct change. She was not remorseful at all. She initially insisted that she had no recollection of receiving a $100 note. She then proceeded to recount and insisted on only returning $40. I then insisted on seeing the manager and looking at the CCTV. She then decided to give me back the proper amount.

I needed a pair of swimming goggles, and the staff was very helpful, providing information about the options and allowing me to try on a pair before purchasing. Also, I left a bag behind at the shop, and the staff chased me all the way to the escalator to hand it to me. Very nice people and good-quality products.

"I went there a couple of months ago to get swim apparel for my family of six. I thought I was getting premium stuff that would last. After a month of usage, the apparel became soggy, stretched out, and full of stains and patches. Worse yet, when we reported the issues, the indifferent staff gave a clueless look, as if to say, “So, what do you want me to do?!” I advised them to at least report it to the supplier and management, but I'm not sure if they ever followed up! That was $400 down the drain for premium apparel 😞😩. After this experience, my negative view of Decathlon has been reinforced. I’d rather pay five times less and get the same quality. Give this shop a miss..."

I give 5 stars! The young sales girl provided very good service today. I went with my family, and at first, the woman with long hair didn't seem eager to serve us. We were about to leave, but the young girl saw us and offered to help. She introduced and explained the product very clearly. This is the kind of customer service we need. Good job!

I have been to this store a few times now, and the sales associate has always been unfriendly and a little rude. The first thing she always does is check what we touch in an annoyed manner. When we look at sizes that don't seem to match ours, she says things like "This is not your size," in a tone that isn't very nice. But sometimes the customer isn't buying for themselves! When you bring a bra to the fitting room to try on, sometimes she'll stop you and say, "You wait, I know," and do her checks. Then she gives you an unpleasant facial expression, as if she doesn't want you to buy anything. Honestly, it's okay if she does her checks based on protocols, but she just needs to work on the way she talks to her customers. The products are good, but the customer experience has not been well.

A wide range of good quality lingerie is available. Festive discounts are offered. There's a deal of 3 bras for $60 on some models. They also sell swimwear and bath towels! I will drop by again, as the staff here is very friendly and approachable. I definitely like the service.
