The current crew members are great. I was sending my watch for repair and spoke with a member named Sharon; she's very helpful and kind. She knew what to do and completed my request within 20 minutes (though there was no crowd). Overall, it was a good experience.

The staff is very welcoming, helpful, and patient! Nicholas Fong recommended suitable watches for us and was patient while we decided. He further explained the designs and which ones suited our needs. A very nice encounter, 5-star service!

He demonstrated exceptional product knowledge, enabling him to provide confident and accurate recommendations based on our preferences. What stood out the most was that he noticed small but important details from customers' conversations and interactions, which allowed him to provide personalized service. His attention to detail and high situational awareness were highly commendable. It's rare these days to encounter such attentive and excellent service. Nicholas is absolutely a gem.

Beware of this auntie, Tan Bee Hong; she is bad at math. Today, May 27, 2019, at or around 3:30 PM, I bought Toto tickets for $34 and gave her a $100 note. She only returned $16, I was shocked and asked her to give me the correct change. She was not remorseful at all. She initially insisted that she had no recollection of receiving a $100 note. She then proceeded to recount and insisted on only returning $40. I then insisted on seeing the manager and looking at the CCTV. She then decided to give me back the proper amount.

I've been here occasionally on my days off for Toto (lottery) and 4D. It's a pleasure. I'd hold the line regardless of how crowded it is, since there will likely be a long queue of people at the counters who are also on their time/day off and usually purchase tickets, hoping to try their luck this weekend.
