"This would have been a five-star review if not for the male salesperson. We were in the store for quite some time, already looking around. He was just sitting and playing with his phone in the corner when a well-dressed woman came in. He suddenly stood up and entertained her, but the woman left after her inquiry. When we asked the guy if they had couple watches, he bluntly said, “There’s a lot over there!” He didn't move from his spot and then just looked back at his phone. Luckily, the other sales lady came out and assisted us. She was very friendly and asked what we were looking for. She gave us options and even showed us the timepieces so we could feel and see what we liked. We ended up buying the couple watches in the photo. We also bought a G-Shock a few months back, and she was the one who assisted us then. When it came to payment, the sales guy was suddenly there to assist and was rushing us while we were checking out the ads they had in their shop for prices and their memberships, etc. Sad :( CityChain, you should promote this lady and consider training the other sales guy. This was like a typical car sales scene in the movies. It would have been a nice experience, but it left a bad taste in the mouth."

The current crew members are great. I was sending my watch for repair and spoke with a member named Sharon; she's very helpful and kind. She knew what to do and completed my request within 20 minutes (though there was no crowd). Overall, it was a good experience.

Sharon, the salesperson at the Tampines outlet, was extremely helpful and patient. The customer service was amazing. She deserves a compliment! :) Thank you, Sharon.

Had a really awesome watch-purchasing experience at the Tampines Mall branch. I was served by Nicholas, who was super helpful and attentive throughout. He even gave me some helpful watch tips on setting the time and date, and preventing damage to the watch. Great job! 👍

Changed the watch battery at the Tampines outlet. The sales girl said I had to pay cash. Two days later, I emailed asking for a receipt and was told to return to the store. The store couldn't issue me a receipt and instead gave me a receipt for another customer! The manager insisted it was okay. Of course, it was not! Very fishy. Anyway, five months later, the watch battery went flat again. Were they replacing it with used batteries, or what?
