I visited a couple of months ago to get swim apparel for my family of 6. I was hoping to get premium apparel that would last. After a month of use, the apparel became soggy, stretched, and full of stains and patches. And, worst of all, when we reported the issue to them, the indifferent staff gave a clueless look, as if to say, "So, what do you want me to do?" I advised them to at least report the issue to the supplier and management. I'm not sure if they ever followed up. That was over $400 down the drain for supposedly premium items 😞😩 After this experience, my belief in Decathlon is reinforced. I'd rather pay 5 times cheaper and get the same quality. Give this shop a miss…
