I give 5 star for the young sales girl is very good service today i go with my family at first is the long hair woman then she no hurt to serve us we also want to go out then young girl saw and ask to help.She introduce n explain the product is very clearly.This is what service customer need.Good job!

Been there couple of months ago to get swim apparels for my family of 6. Thought of getting premium stuff that can last. After a month of usage, apparels went soggy, stretched and full of stains and patches. And worse of all, when we reported to them, the indifferent staff gave a clueless look, like “so, what do you want me to do!!”. I advised them to at-least report to supplier and management, not sure if they ever followed up! That was $400 over down the drain for premium 😞😩 After this experience my belief in Decathlon is reinforced. I’d rather pay 5 times cheaper and get same quality. Give this shop a miss…

I needed a pair of swimming goggles and the staff was very helpful, provided info about the options and allowed me to try on a pair before purchase. Also I left a bag behind at the shop and the staff chased me all the way to the escalator to hand it to me. Very nice people and good quality products.
