The tea was very nicely done during my visit today. It was strong, and the color was perfect! There are only a few tables and chairs set up, and they are very close to each other. When crowded, it's loud, like being in a school canteen. A very enthusiastic cleaning staff will interrupt and distract you from your conversation. I indirectly felt rushed. The eggs were not fresh, judging from how "broken up" they were. Fresh soft-boiled eggs will "hold" and be soft and runny. There was a good portion of butter kaya toast compared to another bigger brand that serves eggs and toast. Go elsewhere if you would like to eat anything else besides the eggs and toast.

Staff are helpful and friendly. It's not a big outlet, but they have quite a number of items you might need. I did an online click and collect and also bought something at the stall again.

This is my fourth purchase of Jellycat at Mothercare Tampines Mall 🤭 After visiting other branches and other Jellycat retail stores, my choice is the Tampines Mall branch because of the neatness of the display and the pretty wide range of Jellycats they have in store. They do not have plastic tags on their Jellycats, which assures customers that there will be no pinholes on the products, as compared to other major stores. I am very pleased with sales personnel Tin and Crescent; they are so lovely and quick to check stock availability. I highly recommend anyone looking for Jellycat to visit Tampines Mall! ❤️ Many thanks to Tin and Crescent once again for the wonderful customer service!

Appalling service from a Mothercare staff member. I went to the store earlier today (Friday, January 31st) at 6:10 pm to ask if they had playpens in stock. The elderly sales lady asked me very rudely if I could see any playpens in the store. I merely wanted to clarify, as sometimes stores may not have physical stock but can order online. Whatever the case, the response was really rude and uncalled for. I will not be going back there again. I was so shocked and put off that I didn’t even think to get her name.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Huai Tin, and I couldn’t be more grateful for their exceptional service. They went above and beyond to help me obtain something that was very important to me. Huai Tin’s dedication, professionalism, and genuine care made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile left a lasting impression. Visited Mothercare at Tampines Mall to get some essentials. While queuing up to pay, I parked my child’s pram beside a toy display to entertain him. I left without realizing my child had put his ambulance toy on the display. When I returned to the shop nearly an hour later, the staff had kept the lost toy at their counter, saving me from a lot of crying and tantrums. Good job of making sure lost items are safe for the little ones.

Tin has been very friendly. I knew her from the Parkway branch, and she recognized me at the TM branch, said hello, and shared information about the JellyCat range.

"I had an unpleasant experience with a young staff member today around 7 pm. She had no smile and spoke rudely. I would not return to this outlet again, as my other experiences at Paragon and Harbourfront were much better."

The customer service provided by staff Samsiah was truly excellent. Not only was she polite and helpful, but she went the extra mile by offering to paste a gift card for the items I purchased instead of just putting it in the bag. When I provided my membership number and the system couldn't generate my account, she tried again, asking me to wait while she refreshed it instead of showing impatience and brushing me off. Such a positive attitude makes the environment very welcoming and inviting for customers.
