First time here, and I'm already impressed. The staff are super friendly and prompt. Free-flow drinks. Small, cosy restaurant. Nice for a quick bite, and you cook everything in one pot, like army stew. Will come back again.

Had their K-griddle buffet lunch for $16.90++. It came with free-flow fried chicken, sides, drinks, ice cream, and a Korean hotpot-style platter, with additional free-flow ingredients available from the buffet spread. The soup lacked flavor. It was pretty bland and only became drinkable when I added a whole bowl of kimchi into it to turn it into a kimchi soup. The fried chicken was pretty dry and lukewarm, as it was left out in the open. The only decent items were the tteokbokki and fish cake. They tasted like the ones from CU Mart, which I don't mind. Overall, it offers good value for money at $16.90++, but the quality is lacking.

Honestly, this place is for ramen lovers only. Although it offers BBQ and hotpot, it's almost impossible to BBQ on the plate, so I don't recommend coming here for meat. The soup base isn't that impressive, but you can make it better with the paste and sauces they provide at the self-service counter. The finger foods are not bad. They have free-flow drinks. The best part is that there's no time limit.

First time trying Pocha, and it wasn’t bad. I was hoping there were more options for the free-flow side dishes. The flavours were not bad, and I enjoyed the Japchae Hotteok! It is slightly salty, so it’s best to pair everything with rice. The food also came quite slowly, so that was a bit of a drawback, but the service was good, as the servers were nice and attentive.

I had a great experience with Alan Hew at the store. He provided excellent service with patience and took the time to explain important details, such as the main land cable setup and what configuration was best for me. The only thing he missed was taking my Yuu membership ID during the visit, because when signing up with Singtel, there's a linked Yuu membership for accumulating points. Fortunately, I went back, and his colleague helped to note it down and pass it to him. Overall, Alan was very knowledgeable about the products, guided me to make the right choices, and even introduced other useful items available in the store. Staff like him make customers feel valued and encourage us to return. Thank you, Alan, for the great service!

A publicly listed Company that still can't get their processes and procedures right, even now! I recently cancelled 3 of my mobile lines and went to SingTel Parkway Parade to pay my bills. I was told by the staff that since I had cancelled my mobile account, I had to go to SingTel Tampines Mall to pay the outstanding bill. What a joke! Travelling from the East to Tampines just to pay my bills, and I couldn't even pay using AXS as I had already cancelled my account.

This is the first time I have been treated so rudely by a customer service officer, Navinder. He refused to help me with service, not even to give me an additional 10 minutes while I waited for headquarters to call back, as they had asked for him to be present for the call. He said he needed to serve waiting customers, even though it was still within my appointment time (I had barely been seated for 5 minutes). He then just rudely refused to provide service and walked away. I would provide negative stars if possible. Soon Cheng, on the other hand, was an absolute star and kindly helped me out after witnessing the horrid treatment by Navinder. He was already able to work on the case before headquarters called (which only showed that Navinder was capable of doing the same, but simply refused to do so). This shows how much a little kindness and patience goes a long way!

I was there to return my TV set-top box as my contract was over. But I ended up taking it back as I got a much better offer—from over $50 to $15. So, why not? Overall, I liked their service.

Ken at Singtel Tampines Mall. He is very professional handling my needs. He is very polite and courteous. He is patient. He is very humble. You are good at customer service. I must give credit to you. Thanks, Ken.

Absolutely poor customer service and experience. I came with the intention to clarify some details before renewing my contract, but left with a horrid experience with Singtel. The waiting time was terribly long, just to ask a simple question. The customer service officers who were roaming all seemed to be avoiding the actual customers, only attending when customers had to make their need for help known (one auntie even had to shout or loudly ask for assistance). When it came to my turn, the customer service officer was very dismissive and didn't even bother to sell or introduce different plans that would be better suited for me, only providing yes or no answers. If you are not going to engage with me and inform me of your plans and options so that I can continue to be a customer, then why should I? Horrendous customer service and experience. People should reconsider and explore other telcos.
