My daughter is in the P2 Think&Ink class. Teacher Moe Moe is her teacher now. She is a very knowledgeable and experienced teacher. My daughter loves her and always looks forward to coming to class every Saturday. I hope she continues to teach them next year. Thank you.

10/19/2023 12:07 PM Complaint 👎👎 I went to the Tampines Mall outlet to purchase shampoo, but I accidentally bought conditioner. I went back to exchange it quickly, within two minutes. Before that, when I wanted to pay, a Chinese girl named Erin with golden hair was playing on her phone at the counter, and no one assisted me. Finally, another staff member asked her to process my payment, but she looked unwilling to help. Also, she never double-checked with the customer about what they were buying. When I returned to the store for the exchange, she was angry with me and told me to check properly before I buy next time, with a bad attitude. I understand it was only $27, but she shouldn't show that bad attitude to a customer. Lastly, she didn't give me the receipt and said she needed to keep it. What a bad experience shopping at this outlet 👎👎👎

I was window shopping and looking for the Satsuma shower gel (750ml). I was glad to be served by Carol Chong. She was pleasant, knew her products well, was friendly and helpful, and importantly, she smiled while recommending them. Under her guidance and recommendation, I bought $62 worth of 250ml shower gel/cream of each aroma. Thank you for your service, Carol.

I was recommended their Drops of Light Pure Clarifying Foam Wash, as the Vitamin C Face Polish (orange) was out of stock. I've been using it for a few days now and can definitely see positive effects. The cleanser is amazing—I was also served by a very warm and friendly staff (I can't remember her name), but I love The Body Shop! Their cleansers and body washes are unbeatable!

Excellent service from Miss Fazilahwati (store manager) despite some glitches and miscalculated bills. The problem was rectified swiftly and amicably, which resulted in purchasing more items from her store.

I was served by Hailie at The Body Shop, Tampines Mall, and she was awesome! She helped me every step of the way, from giving great suggestions to helping me find the right foundation color for my skin. I honestly wish most of my retail shopping experiences were this awesome. Din expects the service from this branch to be that good! There was no hard selling at all; I was served by Zarlina. Furthermore, she is trilingual. 👏 Her customer service is excellent! Another staff member, Hui Sin, was also very friendly and helpful. Shopping at this branch makes me feel super relaxed. I guess next time, I will top up my body shop products from this branch. Thumbs up! 👍👍 The only downside is that I really miss their range of fragrance oils, which is now so limited. Also, my favorite olive oil scent has changed so much. ☹️

The Body Shop, located on the 1st floor of Tampines Mall, is easily noticeable on the right-hand side when entering from the MRT station. The store offers a variety of body and facial products, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Becoming a member provides discounts, and cashless payment through PayWave is accepted for convenience.
