She is friendly and professional, with great patience to check on products and even going the extra mile, bringing similar and related products for customers to consider. Served by Malou. She helped us with at least 15 pieces and gave us advice on choices, fit, and color. Patient and cheerful, she reserved a piece for us and was able to get the transfer done really quickly. Raha rushed to Bedok? To get the other piece back immediately. In fact, we were still at Tampines Mall when the alternate arrived. Many thanks. The shopping experience here with them was wonderful.
Located just a stoneās throw from Tampines MRT station, I had a very good buying experience with Khalid. Leviās Tampines carries mostly standard, everyday wear jeans. If you want limited edition jeans, you will have to check online to see if other outlets carry them. The shop was slightly warm and small, but I still got what I needed. I hope that Leviās will bring in more variety of colors and finishes for their stretchy Coolmax series.

My husband bought a pair of Leviās shorts from another outlet but took them to the Tampines store for alteration. I was VERY DISAPPOINTED with the service we received when we collected the altered shorts. They were 1/2 inch longer than we wanted, and the female staff member who served us was just trying to talk her way out of the botched job!
1. She insisted that they did the alteration correctly and took out the piece of fabric that was cut, saying it was 2 inches as we asked. I told her to measure it, and it turned out to be 1 inch.
2. She kept trying to TALK OVER me to explain why it was 1/2 inch longer because of the process they used for the alteration. Iām not an expert, but shouldnāt the tailor take up however much fabric is required to get it done to the customerās requested length?
3. She then told me that the tailor said they didnāt want to take up too much in case the shorts would feel tight ā the tailor was able to make a judgment on this without having met my husband?!
4. She finally agreed to have the alteration readjusted, which meant we had to come back the next day, at our inconvenience, to pick up the shorts.
After all of the above, she NEVER ONCE APOLOGIZED for the mistake! In fact, she made us feel like we were creating such a big fuss over 1/2 inch and that we should have just accepted it as is. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I would encourage Leviās to investigate this particular staff member and provide adequate training to ensure that this doesnāt happen again. It has really left a bad taste, and itās now all I can think about when I hear or see the word Leviās.
