The staff were pretty pushy. I was just looking at the pillows, as I hadn't heard of this brand before, and a lady approached me. I told her politely that I was just looking. Five minutes later, she came back to ask what kind of pillows I was looking for. I told her to leave me alone, as I was just looking around. I had to leave the shop immediately, as I couldn't even look at the pillows in peace.

"Bro Jay, very friendly staff, introduced some gadgets to me and was very courteous towards customers. Keep it up, Jay, for your good attitude! Great! 🙏🙏🙏👍👍"

The staff accidentally dipped four fingers into the chocolate cake (after serving a guest, her hands had been in contact with money) that we wanted to purchase. She then offered to sell it to us at a discounted price or fill the hole with chocolate to cover it up. The hygiene standards here are terrible.

"Twice in a month I've definitely bought apple strudel for my family or colleagues for our tea break. The price is worth it when they have a promotion. You should try the mango strudel too. This good stuff is filling; you definitely won't feel hungry even if you have it for lunch. The staff is friendly. Keep it up!"

Bought their 6” chocolate cake voucher off FAVE. Redemption was quite easy. Taste-wise, it's what you pay for; nothing to shout about. It wasn't too sweet, but the cake layers were rather dry.

Came at 10 plus on July 31st, 2020, but the store wasn't open. I called, but no one answered. I called the Nex Mall outlet and found that it should have been open already. (Was someone late?) I waited for quite some time, and it finally opened at 11 instead of the displayed time of 0930 hrs. I asked the staff member for a full-size apple strudel but was told only durian was left. So I asked if there was apple strudel for the half-size one, and she gave me an "I-already-told-you" look and said only durian; everything was finished. As a customer, I don't know what you have or don't have. As a potential consumer, I was asking for confirmation. And I had to wait half an hour for the apple strudel stock to arrive. Well, if she had arrived earlier, perhaps the stock would have come in earlier. Anyway, I'd rather travel to the Bedok Mall outlet than buy from her. Okay, thanks.

At its price range, the pastries offered are subpar and comparable to cakes found in supermarkets.

"Very bad. I've bought from here many times, giving them the benefit of the doubt. Every time I've bought it, it's soggy. I gave feedback to the uncle, but he said it was made fresh. The fillings are not piped on the spot; they're already prepared in the fridge."

Great, delicious crepes and strudels! They've had good quality since the start and haven't dropped their standards!
