Bought the porridge on Monday, July 15, 2024, at Tampines Mall. It's nice, but the mock chicken seems a bit sparse; it would be better if there was more.

Came home and then noticed there was only one pillowcase in my king-size bedsheet set! Do we have to open the package in the shop to make sure everything is included? How can I trust buying things in your shop? I managed to contact the office, and the staff quickly solved the problem.

The staff is so rude and doesn't seem to know their system well. They can't answer basic questions. They take your money, but that's about it. What kind of service is this? It's the worst service I've ever had. I am a regular customer here, and this type of service is totally unacceptable.

The staff didn't seem very knowledgeable about the pillows we were inquiring about. They weren't interested in explaining the differences or offering a recommendation based on our needs. When asked about the difference between down and microfiber pillows, we were simply told that they were all the same, which isn't accurate. We decided to leave because the staff couldn't offer much insight, and it didn't give us confidence in making a purchase.

Purchased a queen-size bedsheet around April, which was priced around $200. I double-checked with the sales promoter on duty about the possibility of a fuzzy ball issue, and she mentioned that if I avoided using the dryer, the bedsheet would not have this problem. After the first wash in the washing machine and air drying, and within one week of usage, the fuzzy ball issue immediately appeared on the WHOLE BED SHEET! See the photos. I went back to the shop and showed the seller the photos and videos. I left my contact number and was promised a call back with a solution, but received no updates. I went back a second time and requested an exchange for a new bedsheet. Another employee told me to send the bedsheet back to the shop, where they could send it to the factory for service to remove the fuzzy balls and return it to me. However, they could not guarantee that the issue would be resolved! The customer service and quality were the worst. I will not purchase another product from the same shop again!

We were in the store today and were attended to by Miss Joanne. She was alone in the store and was attending to another customer when we arrived. She was polite to all of us, helped us sign up as a member, and get our purchases without any fuss. Kudos to Epitex for having Joanne working for the company! The buying experience was truly pleasant.

The staff were pretty pushy. I was just looking at the pillows, as I hadn't heard of this brand before, and a lady approached me. I told her politely that I was just looking. Five minutes later, she came back to ask what kind of pillows I was looking for. I told her to leave me alone, as I was just looking around. I had to leave the shop immediately, as I couldn't even look at the pillows in peace.
