My First Time at Lola’s: I was super excited to try Lola’s for the first time, and while the food totally lived up to the hype, the overall experience wasn’t quite perfect. The food at Lola’s was fantastic! Every dish was packed with flavor, and you could tell they’re using fresh, high-quality ingredients. Honestly, the food alone makes me want to come back. The service, though, was a bit of a letdown. We were seated at the counter, which wasn’t exactly cozy for a busy Saturday lunch. It felt rushed when they asked us to wrap up because of a time limit—even though we still had food on our plates. That kind of took the fun out of the meal. A little more warmth and patience would’ve gone a long way. The vibe at Lola’s was nice and chill, but the counter spot felt a bit cramped. Price-wise, it’s on the higher side. The food’s worth it, don’t get me wrong, but the service hiccups made it feel like we didn’t quite get our money’s worth. Lola’s has killer food that’s absolutely worth trying, but they need to step up their service game to match. I’d love to give it another shot, maybe on a quieter day when they’re not so rushed, or perhaps at another branch. I'm not sure if I could live through another 90-minute dining experience, "especially" at Lola’s... Rating: 3.0/5 Food’s a lit, but service and value could use some love.

Be careful if you're trying to sell a used phone here. The website quoted $1135. When I called to check, they said that if there were no issues, the price should match the website. Guys, look at this photo. The guy said there was a scratch on the charging side. GUYS, zoom in on the photo and see where the scratch is! And instantly, they said they'd only pay $950 for the phone. The funniest part is that the guy couldn't even use his finger to point out the scratch! 😂😂😂

I just bought The Last of Us Remastered PS4 edition at this shop, and they sell it for a cheap price, which is really great, as I thought it would be much more expensive. One question I had was whether the game contains the "Left Behind" DLC. I saw other packages that included an image of the "Left Behind" DLC on the box and stated "Left Behind DLC included," whereas the package I purchased didn't. Edit: (The disc contains the DLC! Sorry, my bad for not reading the words carefully 😓)

I would give zero stars. Take note: don't sell your stuff here. The Carousell post said they buy PS3s and broken laptops and phones, but when I went over, the staff plainly said they don't accept them. My items were functioning, by the way; they just needed LCD replacements. It was a misleading post. I WASTED MY TIME carrying all that stuff. I even asked on Carousell, and they didn't mention they wouldn't accept them in the chat. I guess they can KEEP that one star for the fast reply on Carousell. Other than that, I hope the owner takes action on the staff. I was incredibly disappointed.

"I went in with a quotation from Sellup to sell my iPhone. The phone salesman at the counter started to find reasons to reduce the selling price. Fine. Then he said that he would bypass Sellup and buy from me directly for $460 (which is probably against Sellup’s policy). Okay, so he proceeds to reset my phone and then says the price is now $450 – take it or leave it. What a joke! I took a few minutes to google to see if I was getting ripped off. He saw that I was looking at a quotation from another dealer, and he started shamelessly ‘advising’ me on how this dealer’s quotations were not real and their dirty tricks (pot calling the kettle black?). Before I knew it, our “world's best phone salesman” said he was no longer interested in buying the phone. What a complete waste of time; and what an indecent human being. I recommend finding another place to buy or sell your phone, or you might find yourself dealing with a scam. *update: I sold my phone for $530 at another dealer."

The seller is dishonest and tries to gaslight customers about the phone's condition. The staff's hygiene is disgusting, with long and dirty fingernails handling devices. Stay away if possible.

Saw the bad reviews but went anyway because it's near my house. I experienced the same issue with scratches and decided not to sell. The person handling the items also clearly had poor hygiene (oral and nails).

"This shop is ridiculous; they aren't honoring an online offer, claiming the phone has scratches but can't even show where they are. A waste of time. Avoid at all costs."

"I also made the same mistake as others; I didn't read the reviews before going. The service was the worst. Upon reaching the shop, the same trick as always was used. He showed me minor scratches near the charging port and reduced the price by 70$. Checking other reviews, you'll find the same issue mentioned in many others as well. Plus, the service was rude and crossed some boundaries."

I regretted not reading reviews before trying to sell my used iPhone to them. The online quotation clearly stated $630 for a phone in good condition, with no scratches or dents. At the shop, the person said the charging port area was bound to have some extremely fine scratches, even though everything else was okay. He then showed me a new quotation for $548. How could they reduce the price by $82 for just some fine scratches? He told me that the online quotation was $630, but "you see here, cannot la." Basically, the online quotation was just for show. I told the guy I wasn’t selling, and he still commented that other places offered the same price. I left and sold my phone for $600 easily within the same day. My final say is to NEVER sell your phone to them. Don’t waste your time like I did.
