I also made the same mistake as others, didn't read the reviews before going to stop.
Worst service. You reach the shop and the same trick as always. He will show you minor scratches near charging port and reduce price by 70$. Follow through other reviews and you'll see same issue in many other reviews also.
Plus rude and crossing some boundaries.

I would give ZERO stars. Take note, DON'T sell your stuff here. Carousell post said they buy in PS3 and spoilt laptops and phones, when I went over the staff just plainly said they don't accept. My items were functioning btw. Just needs LCD replacement. Misleading post. WASTED MY TIME CARRYING ALL THAT STUFF. I even asked on carousell and they did not say that they didn't accept on the chat. I guess that one star they can KEEP for the fast reply on carousell. Other than that I hope the owner takes action on the staff. INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTED

Dishonest seller trying to gaslight customers on their phone condition. Disgusting hygiene of their staff with long and dirty fingernails handling your devices. Stay away if possible.

NEVER try to sell your used phone to this shop. Very bad attitude - as soon as they heard that I had a used iphone to sell, the guy started his drama. tried his best fault finding just to cut a hundred bucks. Bro, I was willing to let go my old phone even for free, but I was not there for you to scold like a kid who did something wrong. It was just wasting time. I gave my phone to some random strangers right outside the mall.

Worst selling experience.
As soon as you hand your phone over, the guy starts examining your phone under some taobao-bought lamp that he uses as a microscope of sorts. He then proceeds to turn the phone at every angle, frowning and making tsk sounds, while handling it with his 3cm long finger nails, swiping away at your screen.
Said 3cm nails are then used to pry off your screen protector for further inspection under his toy lamp.
“Your phone got dent. Your screen got scratch. You drop your phone ah? Very obvious you know? You sure you got use screen protector? Cannot be. This one must minus.”
I honestly could not see any of the dents and scratches I was accused of causing. Perplexed, I took my phone back and walked over to another mobile store at Tampines One.
At that store, the dents and scratches on my phone magically disappeared.. Was paid as quoted on their website and I was out of the shop within 10 minutes.

Regretted not reading the goggle review first before trying to sell my used iPhone to them. Online quotation clearly stated $630 in good condition no scratches/dents etc.
At the shop the person said charging port area bound of have some scratches which are extremely fine while everything else is ok. He proceeded to show me a new quotation now which is $548. How can you reduce the price by $82 for just some fine scratches?? He can still tell me you press online quotation you get this price $630, but you see here, cannot la. Then your online quotation is for show only? Told the guy I’m not selling and he still can comment outside all the same price one.
Went off and sold my phone at $600 easily within the same day.
Final say is NEVER sell your phone to them. Don’t waste your time like I did.

Shop sold me a game that was damaged. Refused to refund back the money and asked me to choose another game I did not want. Willing to fight to make sure he was adamant on not returning the refund just an hour after purchasing the game and testing. Other guys had to get involved to tell the person to return the refund as the shop is doing unethical practices. Please be careful when dealing with such people. They just wanna con people into buying they games.

Be careful if you're trying to sell an used phone here. Website quote $1135, call and check , they said if there is no issue on it , it should be same as what it shown on website. GUYS , look at this photo. The guy said there is a scratch on the charging side. GUYS , ZOOM IN THE PHOTO AND SEE WHERE IS THE SCRATCH??? and instantly it said the phone only take in $950. And the funniest part is , the guy can't even use his finger to point and show me where is it 😂😂😂

Watch out of this scammers , they offer a attractive prices online to purchase electronics , but when you go down to their shop to sell , then they start creating things like the gadgets have scratches even tough there’s no scratches or speaker looks different blablablabla, deal with them at ur own risk .

There's this guy in the shop, his face has a bit of pimples, whose demeanor isn't the best and just seems outright rude. Very curt and gangster like and have altitude problem like that. I visit this shop for the games and usually the guy handling the games is quite ok. i think this guy usually deal with the handphone customers but occasionally mans the game section. As per the other feedback from people that used their handphone services, the feedback are quite bad also. As everyone knows, most people who work in the handphone sales industry are quite problematic. I think these type of people should just hide in one corner and avoid giving a bad impression to the customers.

Absolutely horrible customer service went in to touch up my ps4 pro, one of the worker slammed my ps4 pro onto the desk. The one that slammed my ps4 was extremely rude

Worst Handphone stall I’ve ever been. Guy with Mole on his face trying all ways and means not to honour his initial quote online!! Quoted $690, went over want to cut to $500:( I walk over to Tampines one Mister Mobile. Sold for $680. Avoid this shop at all cost!
Jonathan Ong
Ridiculous shop not honouring online offer claiming that phone has scratches but can’t even show where they are. Waste of time. Avoid at all cost.

Went in with a quotation from Sellup to sell my iPhone. Phone salesman at the counter started to find reasons to reduce the selling price. Fine. Then he said that he will bypass Sellup and buy from me directly for $460 (which is probably against Sellup’s policy). Ok, so he proceeds to RESET my phone and then says the price now is $450, take it or leave it. What a joke. So I took a few minutes to google to see if I am getting ripped off. He sees that I am looking at a quotation from another dealer, and he starts shamelessly ‘advising’ me on how this dealer’s quotations are not real and their dirty tricks (pot calling the kettle black?). Before you know it, our world best phone salesman says he’s not interested in buying the phone anymore. What a complete waste of time; and what an indecent human being.
I recommend finding another place to buy or sell your phone, or you might find yourself dealing with a scum.
*update: sold my phone off for $530 at another dealer.

Saw the bad reviews but still went to them because it is near my house. Same issue with the scratches. Decided not to sell and walked off. The person handling also clearly has bad hygiene (oral and nails).

Very bad service and attitude. If you wants to sell your phone, never step into this shop ! They will lowball you by a few hundred dollars and they will not honor the price you that you booked on sellup.com.sg.
There are a few mobile shops at Blk 505 Tampines. Do check it out there. I managed to sell my used phone at quite a good price there.

I went here to buy Zelda for my Switch, they immediately sign me up for their membership for free so that when I go back to their shop I can add points and eventually redeem it for the next purchase. 😊 …

I just bought The Last of Us remastered PS4 edition in this shop and they sell for a cheap price which is really great as I thought it would be much more expensive than I thought. One question I would like to ask if whether the game contains DLC “Left Behind” as well as I saw the other packages where they put an image of Left Behind DLC behind of the box and says” Left Behind DLC included” whereas the package that I had purchased does not have the left behind dlc image.
Edit: (The disc contains the DLC! Sorry my bad for not reading the words carefully 😓)

Sold my old laptop here for $250. Staff handling this was very informative and helped us with irrelevant tech questions, such how to properly wipe data from old phones since we are paranoid factory resets are not enough. Their quote for old laptops and phones are almost definitely better than Courts downstairs.

A great place to buy games for gamers.
As they hold various titles for all ranges, I would recommend people to come over a check out this place.
They also hold various accessories and consoles!!
