Saw the bad reviews but still went to them because it's near my house. Encountered the same issue with scratches. Decided not to sell and walked away. The person assisting also clearly had bad hygiene (oral and nails).

Dishonest seller trying to gaslight customers about the condition of their phones. Disgusting hygiene of their staff, handling your devices with long and dirty fingernails. Stay away if possible.

Went in with a quotation from Sellup to sell my iPhone. The phone salesman at the counter started to find reasons to reduce the selling price. Fine. Then he said he would bypass Sellup and buy from me directly for $460 (which is probably against Sellup’s policy). Okay, so he proceeded to reset my phone and then said the price was now $450, take it or leave it. What a joke. So I took a few minutes to Google to see if I was getting ripped off. He saw that I was looking at a quotation from another dealer, and he started shamelessly ‘advising’ me on how this dealer’s quotations were not real and their dirty tricks (pot calling the kettle black?). Before you know it, our 'world's best' phone salesman said he was not interested in buying the phone anymore. What a complete waste of time! And what an indecent human being. I recommend finding another place to buy or sell your phone, or you might find yourself dealing with scum. *Update: Sold my phone off for $530 at another dealer.

Be careful if you're trying to sell a used phone here. The website quoted $1135. When I called to check, they said that if there were no issues with it, it should be the same as what was shown on the website. Guys, look at this photo! The guy said there was a scratch on the charging side. Guys, zoom in on the photo and see where the scratch is??? And instantly, they said the phone would only be taken in for $950. And the funniest part is, the guy couldn't even use his finger to point and show me where it was 😂😂😂

I just bought The Last of Us Remastered PS4 edition from this shop. They sell it for a cheap price, which is really great, as I thought it would be much more expensive than I expected. One question I would like to ask is whether the game contains the DLC “Left Behind.” I saw other packages that had an image of the Left Behind DLC on the back of the box, stating 'Left Behind DLC included,' whereas the package I purchased does not have the Left Behind DLC image. Edit: (The disc contains the DLC! Sorry, my bad for not reading the words carefully 😓)
