A friend brought me here for beef noodles, and I was puzzled to find white radish and carrots in the noodles. I wondered what kind of strange combination that was. Later, after reading other reviews, I realized this is a Taiwanese-style restaurant. However, the scallion pancake still seems a bit Northwestern-style. This restaurant has a Google rating of only 2.9 points, mainly due to its high prices. If diners only order beef noodles or pancakes, they likely won't feel that way. Also, the taste is quite acceptable, although it's not as delicious as Lanzhou-style noodles. But as a regular canteen, I think the seasoning is acceptable. I read other reviews that the service here is poor and it gets crowded. I went to eat after 9 pm and didn't encounter a crowded situation. It's just an eatable canteen. #SoloDining

The staff are friendly and approachable. Special mention to the person who assisted me with questions about the gingham series, and also the cashier who wished my partner and me well. They served us with a smile and even recommended beautiful boxes when we mentioned the items were for wedding gifts. Thank you!

The staff was approachable and helpful in making decisions for me, which is what I needed most. They even helped me with gift wrapping! One of them was Lee Nah and Sheila (if I'm not mistaken).

I had the best shopping experience with two of the Bath & Body Works Tampines Mall staff, Faisa and Saimen. They were so attentive and helpful with explaining the promotions and also the popular fragrances available. Today there's a buy one get one promotion, so it was worth buying.
