Ordered the popcorn with nuts, but the person didn't give it to me with nuts.
I came back the next day to request an exchange, but I didn't have my receipt. However, the Malay lady serving me on January 8th at 5:50 PM (I didn't get her name) was very nice to still do it for me, at her own expense.

I went to this store at 8:20 pm and found that only cheese popcorn was available. I was confused about whether they were going to restock. The staff couldn't explain it to me; she only said, "This caramel popcorn can fit inside the small bag only, it's all that's left." She didn't apologize to me or the other customers about the cheese popcorn being the only option. I also heard sounds from the kitchen that sounded like closing procedures were underway at 8:30. I'm unsure of your pre-closing procedures, but the store closes at 10 pm, so all types of popcorn should be available, right? If there's no popcorn to sell, what are your staff doing? It was only 8:30, with an hour and a half left. I bet the staff could sign out by 11 pm, giving them two and a half hours of free time. Lastly, I'm not sure if a manager or team leader was present in the store to ensure everything was in order. Sorry for my rant, but I'm very disappointed with my experience. I know it was only 8:20 pm, and the store seemed to be rushing to close. It's an American well-known brand and should be following the highest standards, but this was a letdown. To the owner or shareholders, please look into this, thank you.

Bought the caramel flavor. It's nice as usual, however, the package was loose. I was upset with the quantity of the popcorn. For the premium price, I expected better and more.
I was served by Qistina, a very sweet staff. She knows Kaleido products so well, even though she's new to the Tampines Mall outlet. Kudos to her! Because of her, I decided to buy three items at once!
