Bought the caramel flavour. Nice as usual however the package was loose. Upset with the quantity of the popcorn. For the premium price, expect better and more.

Sad. Went in at 9.15pm and they are already cleaning up the glass display. They already packed the leftover popcorns into small Chicago mix bags. How can they not have cheese popcorn at 9.15pm when the close at 10pm. π€ β¦

I went to this store @ 8:20 pm then I found out only cheese popcorn available Iβm confused if they going to top up or not, the staff doesnβt know how to explain to me only she say to me βthis caramel popcorn can fit inside the small bag only is leftβ. At least she apologised to me or other customers that cheese popcorn is only available and I heard in the kitchen sounds like closing procedures on going at 8:30. Sorry I donβt know what is your procedure when doing pre closing but by right your store close at 10 pm, so all types pop corn should be available right? And if thereβs no available popcorn to sell what your staff doing Itβs only 8:30 got 1 and half hours left? And I bet 11 pm your staff can sign out so they got 2 and half hours. And lastly Iβm not sure if thereβs a manager or team leader are present in that store making sure everything in orders. Sorry for my rant because im very disappointed for my experience I know itβs only 8:20 pm and the store rushing close shop, its American well known brand and should following the highest standards but this is let down. to the owner or shareholders please look into it thank you. Because im sure im not the only one person have this issue.

Ordered the popcorn with nuts but it the person didnt give it to me with nuts came back the next day to request for an exchange but did not have my receipt. however the malay lady serving me on 8 Jan at 5.50PM (didnt get her name) was very nice to still do it for me under her own expense thanks for being flexible

Very tasty popcorn, taste as good as other branches in Singapore. Gotten the deal of Buy large free 1 small with using Uob card to pay. Definitely worth it
