"I'd like to share my experience at this restaurant. We went there for a late lunch.
The service was horrible. The staff seemed to choose which customers they would serve nicely.
The server who brought the drinks just threw the small paper with our orders. The glasses looked like they hadn't been wiped dry, as if they had just come from the sink.
Additionally, the staff member Tang Meng sarcastically didn't ask us if we were members of anything. Because there are CapitaLand and JFH memberships, my friend asked, "Member of what?" since we were going to pay with CapitaVouchers. That's when he told us whether we were JFH members.
AJISEN TANJIRO TAMPINES BRANCH, please take action on this."

The amount of vegetables compared to meat was off. The soup was also very salty; avoid M Fuji Sukiyaki!

I ordered a Mori Ramen for myself and a Maze Soba for my wife on 1/12 at dinner. The soup for the Tonkotsu ramen was very watery and bland. The soba was rather bad. I know that Ajisan doesn't cook their own pork soup, but this was kind of disappointing. I'm not sure if the cook changed or if the standard dropped, but the taste from last time and now is definitely different and not in a good way.

Service was good, but I didn't like that I had to scan to order online. The food was subpar, honestly, but not terrible. The onsen egg was somewhat overcooked, but the noodles and sauce were nice for the mazesoba. The miso soup was very salty, and the teriyaki chicken seemed frozen. The chicken karaage was overcooked and packaged. I wouldn't come back here for a long while unless I really have no other options. The membership is useful, though.

We arrived after 8 pm when the restaurant was empty, with only three tables occupied. We asked if we could have a four-seater table for our bags. However, the server Justin (who has appeared in other reviews) said no very grumpily because we were only a party of two. That was a little awkward, because we saw another party of two seated at a four-seater table, and he himself took another after.
The fried squid side also took quite a while to arrive after the ramen (we were almost halfway through before it came). Nonetheless, the food was good (as always) and the female manager was friendly.

The atmosphere is right for a quick dine-in. Service is on-demand, without much initiative, except for a young chap who looks like a part-timer. He is very prompt and observant of every table when he is free from serving. The food is quite okay, with not much expectation.

Located on the 4th floor, right by an escalator, the ambiance and decor are nice. They have tables set up for whether you want to dine alone or with company.
The ramen itself is good. The soup doesn't have the saltiness of many other ramen places; I only wish it were a little thicker.
All in all, it's a great place to grab a bite.

Visited today, Saturday evening, with my family. We had a good treat, recommended by my dad, for my sister's belated birthday celebration.
Actually, it's quite good. Awesome. I tried the chicken tom yum ramen. It was appetizing.
Service was rapid, reasonable, and instantaneous (without delay).
Prices are economical and satisfactory, and inclusive of 9 percent GST and 10 percent service charges, as stated on the receipt.
The atmosphere here is quite airy and hushed, as it's uncrowded and has a good ambiance.
Subsequently, I recommend the Pork Chop Fried Rice Set for my next visit! 😊

I came back again yesterday with my family during Eid al-Fitr, a public holiday, and to celebrate my birthday in advance.
This time, I tried the Chicken Cutlet Rice Set with Kimchi, Meatball, and Cold Tofu, a variety of rice dishes from the menu.
The ambiance and decor are nice and still appetizing. The only issue was that one of the BBQ sauces I tasted was a bit salty, but it's okay.
Service was good and reasonable. The staff is friendly and approachable. I will come back again.

It's been a while since I ate at Ajisen, and it was nice to be back. They have introduced many other items suitable for everyone's taste, so both young and old can enjoy!
I just want to say that this is one of the best baby octopus I've eaten (sides)!
The mazesoba was okay; the sauce was a bit tasteless and not salty, so it wasn't very flavorful. The seafood ramen broth was nice.
The salmon set looks small, but it's extremely filling when you eat everything together.
I was a bit disappointed with the mentaiko pancake. The taste was great, but the size was disappointing. I felt a little cheated, as the picture made it seem quite big! In reality, it's just the size of a hand and split into four slices. It would be good to treat it like a snack.
Overall, everything was great, the staff were nice, and the service was quite alright!
