I'd like to share my experience at this restaurant. On this day, we came here for a late lunch.
The service is horrible. The staff chooses which customers to serve nicely.
The auntie who served the drinks just threw the small paper with our orders. And the glasses looked like they were never wiped dry, as if they had just come from the sink.
Staff member Tang Meng was sarcastic and never asked us what kind of members we were, because there are Capita and JFH members. That is why my friend asked, "Member of what?" because we were going to pay with Capita. That's when he told us whether we were JFH members.
AJISEN TANJIRO TAMPINES BRANCH, PLEASE TAKE ACTION ON THIS.

The amount of vegetables compared to meat was disproportionate. The soup was so salty. Avoid M Fuji Sukiyaki!

I ordered a Mori Ramen for myself and a Maze Soba for my wife on 1/12 at dinner time. The soup for the Tonkotsu Ramen was very watery and bland, and the Soba was rather bad. I know that Ajisan doesn't cook their own pork soup, but this is kind of disappointing. I'm not sure if the cook inside changed or if the standard has dropped. The taste from last time and now is definitely different, and not in a good way.

Service was good, but I didn't like that I had to scan to order online. Food was honestly subpar, but not terrible. The onsen egg was somewhat overcooked, but the noodles and sauce were nice for the mazesoba. Miso soup was very salty, and the teriyaki chicken was frozen. The chicken karaage was overcooked and packaged. I wouldn't come back here for a long while unless I really don't have other options. Membership is useful, though.

We came past 8 p.m., when it was nearly empty with only three tables occupied, and asked if we could have a four-seater table for our bags. However, the server Justin (who has appeared in other reviews) very grumpily said no because we were only a party of two. That was a little awkward, as we saw another party of two seated at a four-seater table, and he himself seated another party there shortly after.
The fried squid side also took quite a long time to arrive after the ramen (we were almost halfway through our meal by the time it arrived). Nonetheless, the food was good (as good as usual), and the female manager was friendly.

Located on the 4th floor, right by an escalator. The ambiance and decor are nice. They have tables set up whether you want to dine alone or with company. The ramen itself is nice. The soup doesn't have the saltiness many other ramen places do. I only wish it were just a little thicker. All in all, it's a great place to grab a bite.

Here's the edited review:
"Visited on Saturday evening with my family. It was a good treat, recommended by my dad, for my sister's exceptional, belated birthday celebration.
It was actually quite good. Awesome. I tried the chicken tom yum ramen; it was very appetizing.
Service was rapid, reasonable, and instantaneous (without delay).
Prices are economical and satisfactory, and include 9% GST and 10% service charges, as stated on the receipt.
The atmosphere here is quite airy and hushed, as it's uncrowded and has a good ambiance.
Subsequently, I do recommend the Pork Chop Fried Rice Set for my next visit! 😊

I came back again yesterday, accompanied by family, during Eid al-Fitr (a public holiday). We also celebrated my birthday in advance.
This time, I tried the Chicken Cutlet Rice Set, choosing Kimchi, Meatball, and Cold Tofu from a variety of rice dishes on the menu.
The ambiance and decor are nice. The food was still appetizing overall. Only one of the BBQ sauces I tasted was salty, but it was okay.
Service was good and reasonable. The staff are friendly and approachable. I will come back again."

It's been a while since I last ate at Ajisen, and it was nice to be back. They have introduced many new items suitable for everyone's taste, allowing both young and old to enjoy!
I just want to say that the baby octopus (from the sides menu) was one of the best I've ever eaten!
The mazesoba was okay; its sauce was a bit tasteless and not salty, so it wasn't very flavourful. The seafood ramen broth was nice.
The salmon set looked small, but it was extremely filling when eaten together.
I was a bit disappointed with the mentaiko pancake. While its taste was extremely great, its size was disappointing. I felt a bit cheated because the picture showed it to be quite big! However, in reality, it was only the size of a hand and split into four slices. It would be better suited as a snack.
Overall, everything was great, and the staff were nice; the service was quite alright!
