Service staff is good at asking customers if they have a Yuu Card for points collection.
I tried the pumpkin paste bun, but the pumpkin had far too much sugar/sweetener added. It wasn't as healthy as I intended, as I chose this bun hoping it would be better than the Brown Sugar Raisins bun.

SGD 10+ CNY special dish. Not worth what I paid for it. Just noodles, a bit of vegetables, and a few slices of meat.

"Everyone expects normal or fresh eggs for breakfast. Cracks due to hot water are common and fine by me. But not cracks like in the pictures. The staff took these two eggs, which were the only ones left from one corner and not from the egg container. Both eggs I had were badly cracked. I ate one and it tasted funny. I didn't want to argue with the staff and just left the store. I urge others to check the condition of the eggs before you leave the counter."

The quality of the bread and cake is now less impressive compared to when they first launched.
The cake looks pretty and tempting in the display. I decided to try it, but it wasn't very enjoyable. It was supposed to be green tea cake, but I couldn't taste any green tea.
I still love their floss bread, though.

When claiming items using Yuu points, your Yuu ID needs to be scanned first, followed by the item you are claiming. I was redeeming one bread item for the first time, and the cashier didn't know how to do it. The issue was eventually resolved after another, more experienced staff member came to help, but not without holding up the line for a few minutes. Either train the cashiers on the procedure, or have an experienced staff member man the cashier station.

There are Lunar New Year series bun options. These include carrot-shaped buns, bite-sized Bak Kwa sprinkled on a bun, pineapple-shaped buns, yam buns, and carrot cake buns (with cubes of carrot cake on top). There's even a Mala Hotpot bun, which contains slices of lotus root, pork meatballs, mushrooms, broccoli, tau pok, cherry tomatoes, and spicy mala chicken.

I always enjoy walking past BreadTalk. It always smells great, and the staff are friendly. Their bread is a bit pricey, but it's worth it. You must try their floss bun bread. Another good bread is their Egg-O-Clock. Check out the picture for more information. 👍🏻

The decor and ambiance here are really pleasant. Prices are still the same, and the food tastes delicious. It's interesting to see them baking the bread as well.
