The sales associate who assisted me, Lay Xin, was incredibly professional and friendly. We couldn't have asked for better service! I would also like to recommend their All Star diamond; it's very beautiful and unique!

Server: Yukelin Very good and professional service. Although it was during a peak period, she still managed the plates' cleanup and green tea refills promptly (without even needing to be asked). We had a very happy dinner with my family, with no worries.

The staff, Yuke Lin, from Tampines is a very polite and patient staff. She automatically helped and served me, unlike other staff. Overall, it was a good experience after she assisted me.

One of the lady staff members was very nice. She overheard that I wanted a seat that wasn't a single seat, and she proceeded to give me one. She also noticed I accidentally spilled the small free cup of cold water. When I ordered another one, they gave me a bigger, sturdier glass so it wouldn't spill easily. Very good service; I would definitely come again.

Food is as great as always. Today, we had the opportunity to be served by Yuke Lim for dinner, a very enthusiastic and pleasant lady who greeted us and was proactive in serving our needs.

The sushi was nothing short of perfect. The salmon roll had the perfect balance of flavors, and the presentation of each dish was stunning. I will definitely visit Genki Sushi again.

My friend and I had a lovely dinner at Genki Tampines. The food was of good quality as usual, and the service was excellent. We were served by a very nice lady, Yuke Lim, who constantly refilled our drinks and checked on our orders for us (as we waited quite a while for one of the sushi items).

We are long-time frequent customers of Genki, but recently the service and food have been much better. It's nice and rare to see this franchise take a step back to review and improve its overall quality. 👍🏻 Shout out to Aunty Yuke Lin and Shirley for their excellent service!

Genki never disappoints! I love their regular items, but I love their seasonal items even more! They’re always a pleasant surprise, so I never get bored. We tried the extra-long salmon sushi this time. Shiok!
