The stupidest self-checkout system I've ever encountered.
There was a long queue for the cashier, so I used the self-checkout.
I accidentally scanned an item twice and wanted to delete one.
To my utter shock, the Watsons self-checkout machine DOES NOT allow deletion of any items.
You must ask the only Watsons staff member at the time, who was handling over 15 customers at the cashier, to delete it for you with their admin override.
Not only did Watsons lose a $273 sale, but I went over to Guardian and I'd rather pay $11.40 more for the exact items than ever patronize this brainless dictatorship establishment.

(1) Check prices on online platforms before buying. For example, the same amount of money can get three bottles of Magtasil on Shopee, instead of two at the store.
(2) While a pharmacist can decline a sale at their discretion, the arbitrary application of rules and their expertise on my condition is not welcome.

I have never purchased cosmetic products on sale, especially from Brand 1028. The mascara dries up quickly, even with their latest products. The supervisor, Kris, was very rude when I filed a case to exchange the item. She acted as if we were cheap for buying sale items and wanting an exchange. The case number was also never checked properly. I had to go back and inform customer service myself to get the correct case number, and I was later told it was correct. This required another trip. Putting items on sale doesn't mean consumers have to clear your lousy stock to generate positive revenue. I am disappointed in the customer service standards!

"Su, from the Watson Tampines Mall outlet, is very helpful and friendly towards all customers seeking her help. She managed to direct me to the items I inquired about in the store. Keep up the good work."

Purchased some medications as I was feeling unwell. I am a frequent buyer at this outlet and have found everyone here to be quite friendly and approachable, and they don't push sales. The pharmacist is really knowledgeable and kind. I appreciate the customer service here a lot! Keep it up!

Yesterday, I visited this outlet, and when I was about to pay, I noticed the queue was quite long, even though there were already two cashiers at the counter. Thankfully, another staff member joined in, which helped clear the line more quickly. When it was my turn, the cashier was incredibly helpful, assisting me in maximizing the use of my vouchers and even encouraging me to make additional purchases to earn more. That’s when I realized the long queue was due to many customers also taking advantage of the vouchers. I enjoy shopping at this outlet because the staff are always helpful and efficient.

Went to Watson on a Sunday afternoon. The Malay male staff, whose name I believe is Hafiz, was very friendly and nice. I asked him if the promotion for the bag was still available, and he helped me check the stock despite being busy. He also told me the stock was running low, so I would need to make my purchase soon. Kudos to him and the rest of the cashiers for handling the busy crowd!

Quick, simple, straightforward. Just go in, ask for what you want, pay, and get out. They're located on the basement floor of Tampines Mall, near the escalator, so they're quite hard to miss. We went after dinner and ended up with some Epsom salt for the bathtub, to relax.
It's not the largest Watsons I've been to, but it's definitely sufficient. They also have a pharmacist here, in case you need to fill any prescriptions.
