I have been very patient with this company for their lack of promise to pickup n drop off. To be fair to them the first time I tried it seemed OK. But the 2nd time I committed with more winter coats, 2 of them came back uncleaned. They took it to reprocess and disappeared without telling me when I receive back.
Their mobile number can't be dialed through as well. Will be considering reporting this to the authorities.

I sent my winter jackets and clothes for dry cleaning. They texted to set a date for collection, however when I went there, the clothes were not delivered! To make matters worst, I had to follow up with them on this and they promised to deliver to my home instead, and again the clothes were not delivered. I had to go down again the following day to collect my clothes. Mind you, I had to follow up with them when it was their mistake. The team did not even bother or had any courtesy to inform or follow up with the customer. Utter waste of time and poor communication with a paying customer! The staff has zero customer service and no service recovery was done at all. Please DO NOT ever engage in their laundry service. From the POOR communication, the UNPROFESSIONAL handling of service delivery and the FAILURE to do any form of service recovery, I recommend to NEVER come to this place at all. It was truly a nightmare!

Unfortunately poor customer service, delivery person kept knocking and pressing doorbell non-stop. Resulted in disruption to important business calls, on many occasions. Note that customer service does not take feedback seriously, had previously told the delivery person and the company to drop off items. They do not care that you are busy with other activities or occupied with conference calls, picking up the laundry directly from delivery person is the most important task. If you're working from home, or taking care of dependents at home and not able to open the door to receive items personally, recommend that you do not sign up with this laundry service.

Irresponsible, horrendous customer service, and complete lack of accountability.
I had arranged to collect my suit jacket on a specific date (as instructed by the staff), only to find it was not ready, with no prior notification from your team. Despite assurances of a home delivery to rectify the mistake, it failed to materialize, forcing me to make yet another trip to collect my item.
Throughout this process, there was no proactive communication or apology from your staff, demonstrating a lack of accountability and disregard for customer service. This experience has been frustrating and a complete waste of time, and I strongly advise others to consider alternative services. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Worse experiences with laundry shop. I have sent in my trench coat and glove on 19 Jan 2025. Until today 17 March 2025. Still didnt deliver yet. STAFF PROMISED TO GET BACK FOR THE DELIVERY DATE. I HAVE FOLLOW UP FEW TIMES, THE STAFF NO RESPONSE AT ALL. UNTIL NOW STILL NO NEWS. PLS, DONT EVER SENT YOUR LAUNDRY TO THIS SHOP. YOU NOT GOING TO GET YOUR CLOTH BACK.

It's s nightmare to me. I sent in my dry clean laundry end Dec and almost one month they have not send me back my clothes. I went to store according to pickup date but been informed that my clothes not ready and suggest me pay $5 for delivery fees. To save the trouble I made the payment then more nightmares comes. After few days, they text me that items ready and will deliver to me but never deliver and informed me that it was their mistake. Subsequently they either no reply or give empty promise. My clothes costs of few hundred and dollars still with them now and they just read and no reply me text. Till now almost a mth, I have not get back my clothes. HORRIBLE.

I sent my winter jacket (which is NEW) for dry clean in mid Dec and till now the Care team have not been able to find it. I have received no updates or communication regarding its whereabouts.
Despite reaching out multiple times to their staff, Owen, with photos of my jacket, I have not received any adequate responses or progress on locating my jacket. The lack of follow-up and transparency has left me extremely disappointed, especially given the extended duration of the issue. I even visited the outlet weekly for the past 2 months and the only thing the staff can do is just to write my order number down, give me a apologetic smile and said they will follow up which they never do.
I have just written to their Senior Management for immediate action to locate my jacket or provide an explanation and I sincerely hope they will look into this matter and ensure it is resolved promptly.
And I agree with another reviewer if I can rate this place ZERO, I WILL!!!

Was overcharged by the store assistant on the day that I went to handover my clothes for dry cleaning. The refund process has been pending for more than a month now. I’ve been messaging both the Tampines outlet and the main hotline and have not received a response. A pity that the service provided is way below standards.

I sent few pcs winter cloths for dry cleaning on 26th Dec 2024. The receipt indicated that they could be ready for collection on 31st Dec 2024. The cashier says items can be ready even before 31st Dec when I made payment. However, it is 7th Jan 2025 now, still not ready yet. I walked in the shop to check and they says no updates. I'm flying to a winter country this weekend. I don't hope I have nothing to wear by then.

Very bad experience ! I sent my laundry on the 28 Dec and collection date states 31 Dec . I went down on the 31 but they said it’s not ready and I should receive WhatsApp or sms notification but nothing was stated on the receipt of that and the staff didn’t tell me also . I called after the 31 Dec and they told me some delays , will check and call me back . It has been since 5 days passed form, nothing was heard. What happened to my laundry ,is it lost or what happened !

Have yet to be able to collect my jackets back. Went down twice. Counter staff say ready in a week, didnt tell me that i will be notified by whatsapp message. So first time did not manage to collect successfully.
Then after receive text and fix the pick up time, they even say have to pick up on the same day. AGAIN did not manage to collect successfully. Counter staff say jackets not delivered to them yet. No one texted to update beforehand.
Service is really very bad. If you have plans to use the jacket, don’t use their service. Maybe you will end up going overseas without be able to get back your clothings as planned.

Horrible experience.
I dropped off my jacket at the Tampines outlet in early January, and initially they promised that I would be able to get it by CNY. Made a wasted trip down and they made excuses about how it was at the factory. Waited another week and despite that, never received a follow-up text. Went down AGAIN and they made the same excuses. Now, they're refusing to answer my calls, and I have not received a single text message updating me about the status of my jacket, which I need urgently for an upcoming trip.
DO NOT visit this outlet unless you want to be given the runaround, with repeated excuses and zero updates.

I am extremely disappointed with The Care Laundry Shop at Tampines Mall. There was absolutely no communication about delays in their laundry services. It took them three weeks to notify me that my laundry was ready for collection, and to make things worse, they only gave me two days to collect it—compared to the usual five days.
What’s even more frustrating is that if I didn’t collect within those two days, they would send my items to their storage facility and charge me a $25 retrieval fee due to their "limited storage space" in the shop. This is completely unreasonable, especially since the delay and backlog of orders are clearly due to their inability to handle the large volume of customers. It’s not the consumers’ fault that they are overcapacity.
This level of poor communication and customer service is unacceptable. I will not be using their services again and would advise others to be cautious before doing so.

I dropped off a blazer for dry cleaning on Tuesday and chose the express service (even though I didn’t really need it). They said it would be ready in three days, but it was done in just two! The cleaning job seems okay—no missing buttons, at least! The lady at the counter was polite, but the male staff member was quite rude.

Amazing 5⭐️ service! I had an urgent event and needed my laundry done within a week, way ahead of their usual 1-2 week turnaround time. Not only did they understand my situation, but the owner went above and beyond by personally calling the warehouse to expedite the process. Miraculously, my cleaned jacket was delivered the same day, just in time for my evening event. Their dedication to customer satisfaction is truly impressive.
