Amazing 5-star service! I had an urgent event and needed my laundry done within a week, well ahead of their usual 1-2 week turnaround time. Not only did they understand my situation, but the owner went above and beyond by personally calling the warehouse to expedite the process. Miraculously, my cleaned jacket was delivered the same day, just in time for my evening event. Their dedication to customer satisfaction is truly impressive. Highly recommended for their exceptional service and flexibility. Thank you for the amazing service!

I dropped off a blazer for dry cleaning on Tuesday and chose the express service (even though I didn’t really need it). They said it would be ready in three days, but it was done in just two! The cleaning job seems okay—no missing buttons, at least. The lady at the counter was polite, but the male staff member was quite rude.

The service is horrendous. I sent my new winter jacket for dry cleaning in mid-December, and the care team still hasn't found it. I've received no updates or communication regarding its whereabouts. Despite reaching out multiple times to their staff, including Owen, and providing photos of my jacket, I haven't received any adequate responses or progress on locating it. The lack of follow-up and transparency has left me extremely disappointed, especially given the extended duration of the issue. I've even visited the outlet weekly for the past two months, and the staff only writes down my order number, gives me an apologetic smile, and says they will follow up, which they never do. I've just written to their senior management for immediate action to locate my jacket or provide an explanation, and I sincerely hope they will look into this matter and ensure it is resolved promptly. And I agree with another reviewer: if I could rate this place zero, I would!

I have been very patient with this company regarding their failure to fulfill their pickup and drop-off promise. To be fair, the first time I used their service, it seemed okay. However, the second time I used it, I had more winter coats cleaned, and two of them came back uncleaned. They took the coats back to be reprocessed and then disappeared, without informing me when I would receive them back. Their mobile number also cannot be dialed. I will be considering reporting this to the authorities.

I sent my winter jackets and clothes for dry cleaning. They texted to set a collection date, but when I went there, the clothes weren't delivered! To make matters worse, I had to follow up with them, and they promised to deliver to my home instead, but again, the clothes weren't delivered. I had to go back the following day to collect my clothes. Mind you, I had to follow up with them even though it was their mistake. The team didn't even bother to inform or follow up with the customer. It was an utter waste of time and showed poor communication with a paying customer! The staff has zero customer service, and no service recovery was done at all. Please do not ever use their laundry service. Due to the poor communication, the unprofessional handling of service delivery, and the failure to do any form of service recovery, I recommend never going to this place at all. It was truly a nightmare!

Irresponsible, horrendous customer service, and a complete lack of accountability. I had arranged to collect my suit jacket on a specific date (as instructed by the staff), only to find it was not ready, with no prior notification from your team. Despite assurances of home delivery to rectify the mistake, it failed to materialize, forcing me to make yet another trip to collect my item. Throughout this process, there was no proactive communication or apology from your staff, demonstrating a lack of accountability and disregard for customer service. This experience has been frustrating and a complete waste of time. I would give 0 stars if I could, and I strongly advise others to consider alternative services.

Horrible experience. I dropped off my jacket at the Tampines outlet in early January, and they initially promised I would be able to get it by CNY. I made a wasted trip down, and they made excuses about how it was at the factory. I waited another week and, despite that, never received a follow-up text. I went down AGAIN and they made the same excuses. Now, they're refusing to answer my calls, and I haven't received a single text message updating me about the status of my jacket, which I need urgently for an upcoming trip. DO NOT visit this outlet unless you want to be given the runaround, with repeated excuses and zero updates.

"It's a nightmare for me. I sent my dry cleaning in at the end of December, and after almost a month, they still haven't returned my clothes. I went to the store on the pickup date, but was told my clothes weren't ready and they suggested I pay a $5 delivery fee. To save trouble, I paid, but then more problems arose. After a few days, they texted that my items were ready and would be delivered, but they never delivered and informed me that it was their mistake. Subsequently, they either didn't reply or gave empty promises. My clothes cost a few hundred dollars and are still with them, and they just read my texts without replying. It's been almost a month now, and I haven't gotten my clothes back. HORRIBLE."

I am extremely disappointed with The Care Laundry Shop at Tampines Mall. There was absolutely no communication about delays in their laundry services. It took them three weeks to notify me that my laundry was ready for collection, and to make matters worse, they only gave me two days to collect it—compared to the usual five days. What’s even more frustrating is that if I didn’t collect within those two days, they would send my items to their storage facility and charge me a $25 retrieval fee due to their "limited storage space" in the shop. This is completely unreasonable, especially since the delay and backlog of orders are clearly due to their inability to handle the large volume of customers. It’s not the consumers’ fault that they are over capacity. This level of poor communication and customer service is unacceptable. I will not be using their services again and would advise others to be cautious before doing so.

"I have yet to collect my jackets. I went down twice. The counter staff said they would be ready in a week, but didn't tell me I would be notified by a WhatsApp message. So, the first time, I couldn't collect them. Then, after receiving a text and fixing a pickup time, they said I had to pick them up the same day. Again, I couldn't collect them. The counter staff said the jackets hadn't been delivered yet. No one texted to update me beforehand. The service is really very bad. If you plan to use the jacket, don't use their service. You might end up going overseas without getting your clothes back as planned."
