Dane was very efficient in helping me order a new frame after I broke mine. However, I was disappointed that the frame ordered had a European-fit nose pad, which allowed my eyelashes to be very close to the lens. They said they would help me order an Asian-fit nose pad, but now they say there is no stock and are suggesting I use the nose pad from my old, broken frame instead of being clear that the company no longer makes Asian-fit nose pads. I felt it wouldn't be right to order a frame without the proper nose pads. Also, they mentioned they would text me whenever they had an update, but so far, they have just been calling me and expecting me to return their missed calls whenever I'm unable to answer. I probably won't come back to this shop or recommend it to anyone.
