I did not purchase my spectacles here. However, I accidentally damaged my glasses and needed some help. The team was kind enough to tighten the screws and fix them without question or charge. I really appreciate and thank the optometrist for their professionalism and kind help. The service was warm and great!

Dane was very efficient in helping me order a new frame after I broke mine.
However, I was disappointed that the frame ordered had a European-fit nose pad, which allowed my eyelashes to be very close to the lens.
They said they would help me order an Asian-fit nose pad, but now they say there is no stock and are suggesting I use the nose pad from my old, broken frame instead of being clear that the company no longer makes Asian-fit nose pads. I felt it wouldn't be right to order a frame without the proper nose pads.
Also, they mentioned they would text me whenever they had an update, but so far, they have just been calling me and expecting me to return their missed calls whenever I'm unable to answer.
I probably won't come back to this shop or recommend it to anyone.

Great service by Corrine at Spectacle Hut Tamp Mall. I really appreciate her updates, even after her working hours! I've been a customer for 4.5 years, and she's the only person from Spectacle Hut Tamp Mall who really went the extra mile. I believe her name is Jaserie (I hope I spelled it right). She was patient with me when I asked a lot of questions, even though it was just a free appointment to ensure I got a good lens fitting. There was no hard sell, which I really appreciated. This gave me the time to actually decide on purchasing a half-year supply of monthly lenses. I am considering going back there again to get a new pair of glasses. Thank you, Jaserie!
