Dane was very efficient in helping me order a new frame for me that I broke. However, was disappointed that the frame ordered had a european-fit nose pad fit which allowed my eye lashes to be very close to the lens. They said they would help me order an asian-fit new nose pad but now they say there's no stock and they are suggesting that I use the nose pad from my old broken frame instead of being clear that the company was not making any more Asian fit nose pads. I felt that I wouldn't be right to order a frame without the nose pads. Also, they mentioned that they would text me whenever they have an update but so far they've just been calling me and expecting me to return their missed call whenever I'm unable to pick up their call. Probably won't come back to this shop again or recommend it to anyone.
