Extremely disappointed by the after service. During service, when I was buying their spectacles, I didn’t want to “upgrade” the lenses but was talked into “upgrading” them with all the “scratch resistance” talk cause I told them I’m a clumsy person and tend to ruin my spectacles often hence I do not want to get something on the more pricy side. Fast forward, 2 months in and I had scratches on my 1st spectacles. 5 months later, I had scratches on my 2nd spectacles. Went down to look for them to clarify how my “scratch resistant” spectacles had scratches on them, so they took it in to check with their management. A day later I received a call stating that THEY ARE NOT ANTI SCRATCH RESISTANT BUT INSTEAD ANTI BREAKAGE? I don’t understand how did it change overnight? Hence lesson learnt, people say anything to sell their products. Have been a customer for years now but this just ended it.

Did not purchase my spectacles from here. However, I accidentally damaged my spectacle and needed some help. The team was kind to help tighten my spectacle screws and to fix it back without question or charges. I really appreciate and thank the optometrist for their professionalism and kind help. The service was warm and great!

I believe her name is Jaserie (hope I spelled it right). She was patient with me when I asked a lot of questions even though it was just a free of charge appointment to ensure that I get a good lens fitting. No hard sales which I really appreciate, gives me the time to actually decide on purchasing a half year's supply of monthlies. I am considering going back there again to get myself a new pair of glasses. Thank you Jaserie!

A week ago on Tuesday 16 Jan 2024, at Spec hut browsing replacement for my Oakley spec, was approach by Corrine, offering to assist me in finding the OX3218 alternative colour frame, I left my contact details.. Didnt expect she would assist (as I always never had any call back) Appricate her msging me back, manage to get alternative colour.. Happy me.. Rushing on 23rd Feb to get ir replacement.. Next round any glass or assistance require..look for Corrine. Thumb up!

Very professional and ethical staff who gives you advice on the spectacle design without hard selling. I was almost at the point of purchase already when they gave me an honest view of how each lens type will look and the pros and cons of the frame I chose to allow me to make an informed decision, even if it means that I may not make the purchase in the end. Thumbs up! Will definitely come back again!
