We had a very bad experience with this shop's salesperson. The salesperson, who wore glasses, had a bad attitude. He didn't explain the features and kept forcing the massage chair type that he wanted to sell, which made us feel uncomfortable. When I wanted to try the 8k chair, he was reluctant and lectured me that I would be confused, etc. What's wrong with giving it a try for five minutes, to give a customer a good experience? Only happy customers will buy. And, I know how to manage my spending; I don't need a lecture. I just needed proper service to make a decision. We looked casual, but that doesn't mean we didn't have a budget. There were no other customers in the shop at the time. We quickly left the shop. It's a pity that Oto hired this type of salesperson, as it will drive sales away.
