I had a warm welcome and lovely experience when I was greeted by Lynette at Tampines Mall outlet. She was alone but that didnt stop her from greeted every customer with full of smiles. She had an issue when handling my payment using UniqGift voucher but she managed to contact other colleague from other outlet to assist her via phone (Thanks to that person!) As I was alone, I was trying out different lanyard designs and wanted to know which colours suited me so I asked both of them for their opinion and they really helped provided me with the best possible answer.
