Staff was impatient when he had to explain the difference between normal and premium screen protector for my samsung tablet. This is lousy attitude. Shop should be glad that only they offer protector for Samsung tablet A9+ so i had to get from them (if not i won't), the other two shops above their level in same mall offered much better service when i approached them. The products they offer and pasting of the protector was done well though.

I visited the Namh store at Tampines mall last weekend. I have been there a few times and never had a problem. But this time, there was this tall guy salesperson who started speaking loud and rude from the word go. He clearly didn’t have the patience to answer our questions and sounded more and more rude as we calmly tried to understand the product better. We just walked away quietly not wanting to deal with him anymore. Not sure if I will ever go back again after this experience. To make it worse, he was commenting about us to his colleagues as though it was our fault as we walked away.

The salesperson at this shop displayed a disrespectful body language and a loud tone with questions before I could even enter the shop properly. Upon telling him off, he literally asked me to leave the shop. As I dint want to create a scene, I just left but promised to leave him an amazing google review so..here it is!

Got my Screen protector and camera lens protector here. Slightly pricey but worth the money. Due to work, my phone can get damage sometimes but the screen protector is lasting longer than anywhere I've gotten from even though i always choose the same kind of screen protector.
