I recently visited this phone shop for a screen protector replacement, and I'm so impressed with the service! The staff were friendly and helpful, and the job was done quickly and perfectly. They also have a great selection of phone cases and accessories. Highly recommend for all your phone needs!

Staff was impatient when he had to explain the difference between normal and premium screen protector for my samsung tablet. This is lousy attitude. Shop should be glad that only they offer protector for Samsung tablet A9+ so i had to get from them (if not i won't), the other two shops above their level in same mall offered much better service when i approached them. The products they offer and pasting of the protector was done well though.

I visited the Namh store at Tampines mall last weekend. I have been there a few times and never had a problem. But this time, there was this tall guy salesperson who started speaking loud and rude from the word go. He clearly didn’t have the patience to answer our questions and sounded more and more rude as we calmly tried to understand the product better. We just walked away quietly not wanting to deal with him anymore. Not sure if I will ever go back again after this experience. To make it worse, he was commenting about us to his colleagues as though it was our fault as we walked away.
