I went here just now when outside was having heavy rain for passport photo taking before going to work. However the lady at counter told me she didn't have the black cover shirt for me as she saw I wore white shirt. She said only has something can cover inside area but cnat cover shoulder. I don't know what she was saying anything in short I can't proceed with the photo taking. She asked me to get a dark shirt but come on its heavily raining outside where can I get the dark shirt? Want me to go back and take it??

Only two staff working and no one bothers to attend to customer. One participating to edit photos for customer instead of letting the costumer to do. The other one busy on the pc. No one attends to waiting customers. Lack of professionalism.

Rubbish say going to close...830pm close oready I'm here wanting to take p hi photo for my kids ezlink came down here all the way but they oready close....what type of business is this ...say 9pm close but don't actually it's earlier...bad service...waste my time ..hope you close down for good...curse you

I made a $20 payment for my daughter's passport photo at this shop at 4:59 pm and provided my email and contact number. I was told I would receive the soft copy by 6:30 pm. Before leaving the shop, I asked what I should do if I didn't receive the photo in my email. The staff confidently told me to call the shop number. However, by 6:40 pm, I still hadn't received the email, so I called five times and no one picked up.
I then walked over to the shop at Tampines mall (as I was still in Century Square) to ask what happened. The staff told me they were busy and apologized for not answering the calls. After some time, she checked and sent the photo to my email. I am extremely frustrated because, first, what’s the point of telling me to call if no one answers the phone? If the shop doesn’t have a way to manage incoming calls, then they should not give such confident instructions.
Fortunately, I was still at Century Square, but what if I had been at home? I would have had to make a trip just to get the photo emailed to me. Second, I left my contact number with them, and yet no one bothered to contact me if there is any issue but for my case there is no issue because the staff was able to sent out the email immediately I shown her my receipt. It seems that someone in the shop simply missed sending the photo. This whole experience was unprofessional, frustrating, and unacceptable.

I was at Tampines Mall this pm amd was served by Ms Mee Ching. She was very patience with me and helped me with cropping of my photos which were not done correctly. She also explained to me the benefits of signing up as member since I have been developing my photos very often. In the end, I signed up for the membership and even ordered printing of photos on a mug for only $5 using my membership voucher.

Amazing customer service. I was surprised how fast the staff works - I had multiple request such as scanning, printing, copying and then delivery of hard copy of my photo. I think the staff name is PANN, she did everything to perfection in just less than 5 minutes. Kudos to her and she is engaging the customer very well.
One request for the management though, please attend the phone, if you lack manpower to attend the calls, then remove it from the website. Else, everything is well managed.

Even though the price is not cheap, the photos turn out good. The staff is friendly and provides professional customer service. There is a specific line to queue, which would be better if there were clear signs. Do inform them about the photo size and purpose before taking the photo. Softcopies are sent by email and are received within 45-60 minutes. Good job!
