I am very impressed by the service of Ms. Olivia Wong. She is very friendly and attentive, spending a considerable amount of time helping me and my daughter recontract for a new phone purchase. She was also very proactive, helping us work out the best deal and package we could purchase. She also took the time to help us explore ways to save money on our monthly subscriptions by introducing us to the family subscription. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

Vivian, who attended to us, was very knowledgeable, efficient, and patient, offering helpful advice and service. We made two visits before deciding to recontract. She was proactive and took the initiative to ensure she provided good customer service from beginning to end. Alex is very experienced and knowledgeable, and patient with my Oppo inquiries. He was pleasant even with some older Oppo phone version issues. Kudos to both staff for the extremely pleasant experience!

Having been a consumer and buying phones at least every two years for the past 20 years, I have never experienced such impeccable service at the counter when re-contracting or buying a new phone. My experience today with Jessie felt like I was flying First Class on a premium airline. Her smiles were consistent and bright throughout, her eye contact was on point in every interaction, and she was never distracted by the busy surroundings. She gave me her full attention, explained everything with great clarity, and her pace was comfortable. She also offered good recommendations and was very helpful. I felt so taken care of, as if I was visiting my regular doctor; the focus was on me and my needs. She was like a doctor who wanted to make me well. Most customer service representatives say what they want to say, but Jessie was so patient and made me feel heard and important. It's obvious that she has good work knowledge and a passion for service, which is why she could delight customers.
