I was served by a most delightful and pleasant girl named Betty Khong yesterday at M1 Tampines Mall. Being a senior, most servers are impatient as we are slower to catch on. She explained everything so well that I understood everything and she didn’t have to repeat herself! She wrote things down for me so that I won’t forget and highlighted important information. What an absolute gem! Thank you Betty for your patience and help yesterday! Kudos to M1 for having such a wonderful person on staff

Am very impressed by the service of Ms Olivia Wong. She is very friendly and attentive, spending quite a long time to help me and my daughter to recontract for a new phone purchase. She is also very proactive, helping us work out the best deal and package that we can purchase. She also took the time to help us explore ways to save money from our monthly subscriptions by introducing us the family subscription. Overall a very pleasant experience

Being a consumer and buying phones at least every year, I have never experienced such impeccable service at the counter when re-contracting/buying a new phone.
My experience today with Betty felt, her smiles were consistent and bright throughout, her eye contact were on point every interaction, never once were she distracted with the busy surroundings. She gave me full attention , explained everything in such great clarity, her pace were so comfortable, she suggested good recommendations, and helpful. Thanks for her.

I would like to give a 5-star review to a very friendly and helpful employee at Tampines Mall M1 outlet - Vivian Chai. Many times , as customers , we don’t know what are some of the cost savings promotions or bundles available and Vivian was super patient in checking things out for my plan. After I chose a plan, she realised I could have better savings and counter proposed an even better plan. It was a very pleasant experience being served by Vivian. Top notch!

Ms Betty Khong served us, she was very helpful by explaining the available plans and helped us to choose the appropriate plans fir me and my husband. We were very pleased with her service.
