His sincerity and honesty were evident, making me feel completely confident in his recommendations.
Following Mr. Bryan's assistance, I received outstanding service from Ms Jessie during my recontract. Her expertise and patience made the process effortless. She went above and beyond, providing clear, concise explanations of the various plans and data options, broken down into easily digestible information that simplified my decision-making. The detailed price comparisons were invaluable, and her insights into the pros and cons of each plan were incredibly helpful, especially for a novice like myself. She even skillfully navigated my husband's input, ensuring we both understood the options. Ms. Jessie's friendly demeanor and professional approach made the entire experience a pleasure.

Being a consumer and buying phones at least every 2 years for the past 20 years , I have never never experienced such impeccable service at the counter when re-contracting/buying a new phone.
My experience today with Jessie felt I was flying First Class on a premium airline, her smiles were consistent and bright throughout, her eye contact were on point every interaction, never once were she distracted with the busy surroundings. She gave me full attention , explained everything in such great clarity, her pace were so comfortable, she suggested good recommendations, and helpful.
I felt so taken care of, as if I am visiting my regular doctor, the focus was on me, my needs. And she was like a doctor who wants to make me well. Most customer service say what they want to say, but Jessie was so patient, and make me feel herad and important.
It’s obvious her work knowledge is good and passionate in service, that’s why she could delight customers.
To M1: I hope you are reading this and Jessie is the role model, and hopefully training others to do just the same.

Customer service for complicated telco services are so valuable especially for elderly.
Henry, the store staff, was very meticulous in advising my elderly parents and I on a suitable plan, suggesting the various stacked up options to stretch our dollar. He even went the extra mile in assisting us with the trade in data transfer when the technician in charge left for the day so that we didn’t have to do another trip to the branch. We spent 2 hours in store!

Vivian who was attending to us was very knowledgeable, efficient and patient, offering her advice and helpful service. Made 2 visits before deciding to recontract. She was proactive and took initiative to ensure she completes good customer service from beginning to end.
Alex is very experienced and knowledgeable, patient with my Oppo enquiries. Was pleasant even with some older Oppo version phone issues.
