So grateful to Eileen Lum, who helped me with a stuck wedding band situation last Sunday evening. (Yes, I wore it for 12+ years without removing it!) She was really reassuring and patient, slowly walking me through every step as she physically massaged and expertly maneuvered my ring out. It took her all of 15 minutes. She also told me to let my swollen finger rest for at least two weeks or more before coming back for a resize. Excellent service then, during our wedding band purchase, and excellent service still during my predicament. Thank you, Eileen! You are truly a lifesaver, saving me from a hospital trip to get the ring cut off.

I was a little upset because earlier in the day I lost my ring. But Elee (I think that’s her name, or Eleen, or something along those lines, haha) served us, and we thoroughly enjoyed her service. It was an overall great experience. I left happy with what I got. She was great at providing us with options and even offered to clean my wedding set. She knew the stone of my ring too, which shows how knowledgeable she is. Impressed and such a positive experience! So amazing. Money flies, but heart full. 😂

This is our second visit and purchase at Goldheart Jewelry, Tampines Mall on April 1, 2025. Their staff, Ms. Lee Ming Huey, is friendly, helpful, and genuinely cares about finding the perfect piece for us. She listens to our needs and preferences outstandingly. She is able to tailor her recommendations to our specific requirements, ensuring we find the perfect piece. She also explains them in a way that is easy for us to understand, even though we are not familiar with jewelry.

I highly recommend Goldheart at Tampines Mall if you are looking for jewelry or for future purchases. I would like to commend the excellent service rendered by Ms. Kelly. We first visited this shop on February 14th for my Valentine's gift for my partner, and she didn't hesitate to assist us. Kelly was very patient. Since I had a plan to propose to my partner, I asked her about diamonds. She shared her knowledge and was very accommodating, answering all my questions. Even though I didn't plan to buy anything at that moment, she patiently explained everything without any judgment. Due to Ms. Kelly's passion and sincerity, I returned last week to buy the engagement ring she recommended. My proposal plan was successful! Thank you so much Kelly and the rest of the staff at Goldheart Tampines.

I was attended by Jerry Wong, and I would like to commend him for the great service he rendered to me and my daughter. He was supposedly on leave that day, but he went the extra mile to come back to work just to assist me. He was very patient and attentive, and he gave good advice and recommendations. His excellent work attitude and professionalism are definitely a great asset to the company.
