Customer service at Tampines mall was extremely bad...went twice though not busy or perk timing but all staffs pretend to be busy at work and act me a transparent since I need assistance on gold in glass front counter! Spore not only got one outlet I can simply approach another outlet on fact other jewellery store as well.

The staff who served me was really inpatient and rude. The lady who served us (has a big mole on her eyelid, not thin) was really unfriendly and really disrespectful to me when I asked for the price. What a terrible experience at Goldheart Tampines Mall!!! Don't go there for any gold or jewelry purchasing, go other jewelry shop nearby to get a nice purchasing experience.

Customer service very bad. I went in the store around afternoon 5pm (12 sept) and waited 3 to 5 minutes to be assisted by a man (white long sleeved shirt) who appeared to be disturbed by my presence. Impression given was like I had disrupted his break time. When I asked about the items, I was given a disgruntled explanation and it felt demeaning to me. Never would I patronise this shop again. What kind of attitude is this. He did not wear a name tag so I did not get his name. 不要看不起别人。

My mum recently visited Goldheart at Tampines Mall to purchase some jewelry and was assisted by Andrew Tan. She mentioned that he was very patient and understanding throughout the process. He took the time to really listen to what she was looking for and offered helpful suggestions without being pushy. My mum felt comfortable and well taken care of, and ultimately found the perfect piece of jewelry. I highly recommend Goldheart at Tampines Mall if you are looking for any Jewelry or for future purchases. I would like to commend the excellent service rendered by Ms.Kelly. We first visited this shop last Feb 14 for my Valentines gift to my partner and she didn’t hesitate to assist us. Kelly was very patient. Since I had a plan to propose to my partner, I asked her regarding diamonds. She shared her knowledge and was very accommodating and answered all my questions. That moment I did not have a plan to buy yet, but without judgement, she still patiently explained to me. Due to Ms.Kelly passion and her sincerity I came back last week to buy the engagement ring she recommended. My proposal plan was successful! Was a little upset because earlier during the day I lost my ring. But Elee (I think that’s her name or Eleen. Something along that line. HAHAHA) served us and we throughly enjoyed her service. It was an overall great experience. I left happy with what I got. She was great at providing us with options and even offered to clean my wedding set. She knew the stone of my ring too which shows how knowledgeable she is. Impressed and such a positive experience. So amazing. Money fly but heart full. 😂

We go a few jewellery store in Tampines for our wedding ring. We can't find what we like until we met Jeremy at Goldheart Tampines! He is really a nice guy and he seems to know what you want 🤣🤣 He is really friendly and helpful to introduce to us different type of ring and designs. You definitely can look for him for advise, most importantly it is not pushy at all! Love it.

So grateful to Eileen Lum who helped me with a stuck wedding band situation last Sunday evening. (yes, wore it for 12+ years without removing it) She was really reassuring and patient, slowly walking me through every step as she physically massaged and expertly maneuvered my ring out. It took her all of 15 min. She also told me to let my swollen finger rest for at least 2 weeks or more before coming back for a resize. Excellent service then during our wedding band purchase & excellent service still during my predicament. Thank you Eileen! You are truly a life saver, saving me from making a hospital trip to get the ring cut off.

Their staff, Ms Lee Ming Huey is friendly, helpful, and genuinely cares about finding the perfect piece for us. She listens to our needs and preferences are outstanding.
