Was looking for a ring this afternoon and was glad being served by Mr Wong Jia Bao. He is patient and well-mannered while going through the many jewellery I brought there. Upon his recommendation, I managed to find a ring that I like. It was a good shopping experience for me. Thank you!

My mum recently visited Goldheart at Tampines Mall to purchase some jewelry and was assisted by Andrew Tan. She mentioned that he was very patient and understanding throughout the process. He took the time to really listen to what she was looking for and offered helpful suggestions without being pushy. My mum felt comfortable and well taken care of, and ultimately found the perfect piece of jewelry. We're really grateful for Andrew's excellent service and would definitely recommend him to anyone shopping at Goldheart!

I highly recommend Goldheart at Tampines Mall if you are looking for any Jewelry or for future purchases. I would like to commend the excellent service rendered by Ms.Kelly. We first visited this shop last Feb 14 for my Valentines gift to my partner and she didn’t hesitate to assist us. Kelly was very patient. Since I had a plan to propose to my partner, I asked her regarding diamonds. She shared her knowledge and was very accommodating and answered all my questions. That moment I did not have a plan to buy yet, but without judgement, she still patiently explained to me. Due to Ms.Kelly passion and her sincerity I came back last week to buy the engagement ring she recommended. My proposal plan was successful! Thank you so much Kelly and the rest of the staff in Goldheart Tampines.

Was a little upset because earlier during the day I lost my ring. But Elee (I think that’s her name or Eleen. Something along that line. HAHAHA) served us and we throughly enjoyed her service. It was an overall great experience. I left happy with what I got. She was great at providing us with options and even offered to clean my wedding set. She knew the stone of my ring too which shows how knowledgeable she is. Impressed and such a positive experience. So amazing. Money fly but heart full. 😂

We go a few jewellery store in Tampines for our wedding ring. We can't find what we like until we met Jeremy at Goldheart Tampines! He is really a nice guy and he seems to know what you want 🤣🤣 He is really friendly and helpful to introduce to us different type of ring and designs. You definitely can look for him for advise, most importantly it is not pushy at all! Love it.

My wife and I known Eleen for many years, she has a very good customer service, very polite and very cheerful. She serve us and make us feel warm and comfortable and it make us when ever we coming to the mall and want to go to her for advice of the jewelery wanted to buy.
