So grateful to Eileen Lum who helped me with a stuck wedding band situation last Sunday evening. (yes, wore it for 12+ years without removing it)
She was really reassuring and patient, slowly walking me through every step as she physically massaged and expertly maneuvered my ring out. It took her all of 15 min. She also told me to let my swollen finger rest for at least 2 weeks or more before coming back for a resize.
Excellent service then during our wedding band purchase & excellent service still during my predicament.
Thank you Eileen! You are truly a life saver, saving me from making a hospital trip to get the ring cut off.

Customer service at Tampines mall was extremely bad...went twice though not busy or perk timing but all staffs pretend to be busy at work and act me a transparent since I need assistance on gold in glass front counter! Spore not only got one outlet I can simply approach another outlet on fact other jewellery store as well.

This is our 2nd visit and purchase at Goldheart Jewelry, Tampines Mall on 1st April 2025. Their staff, Ms Lee Ming Huey is friendly, helpful, and genuinely cares about finding the perfect piece for us. She listens to our needs and preferences are outstanding. She is able to tailor her recommendations to our specific requirements, ensuring we find the perfect piece. She also explain them in a way that is easy for us to understand, even we can are not familiar with jewelry.

The staff who served me was really inpatient and rude. The lady who served us (has a big mole on her eyelid, not thin) was really unfriendly and really disrespectful to me when I asked for the price. What a terrible experience at Goldheart Tampines Mall!!! Don't go there for any gold or jewelry purchasing, go other jewelry shop nearby to get a nice purchasing experience.

Was at Goldheart Tampines Mall shopping for a valentine gift for my wife. With the help of Amenda Tan, who was friendly, polite and patiently recommended a few items. 1st time went over to Goldheart Tampines mall on 18th Jan 24 fm my cousin's recommendation. They hv many choices n great designs. Ambience was awesome.Since today my birthday,decided to get my present here. Attended by Amanda Tan, very friendly,attentive and make me feel comfortable to choose the ring n earrings to my likings. Customer service very bad. I went in the store around afternoon 5pm (12 sept) and waited 3 to 5 minutes to be assisted by a man (white long sleeved shirt) who appeared to be disturbed by my presence. Impression given was like I had disrupted his break time. When I asked about the items, I was given a disgruntled explanation and it felt demeaning to me. Never would I patronise this shop again. What kind of attitude is this. He did not wear a name tag so I did not get his name.
