Very disorganised and confusing. Either wrong price tag or no price tag. And when I tell them bout it, they didn’t even bother to organise. The staff said because the products changed very quickly and the price tag machine is down.

Promo tag reflected 3 pcs for $18.90 but when make payment staff said no promo. Did not honour the price stated and said one word sorry. That's it!

Went there to buy a $50 gift card. I intended to offset the price by using a $5 voucher given to me earlier based on my loyalty point . When I mentioned this to the counter staff, they first asked me to share my membership number. After I shared they mentioned to me that they can’t trace these points and I need to show them my mail. I searched the mail and showed them the details. Then they told me that I have to download the app and redeem from the app which I did. In the process I wasted almost 10 mins. The staff there are completely clueless and I find it hard to believe that my voucher will not be reflected in their system! In the end, I didn’t buy anything. I will buy something else and avoid this store.

I had a wonderful experience at Decathlon Tampines Mall. I want to compliment and highlight Dee's extraordinary service. He was humble, polite and extremely helpful. He was familiar with the policies and adviced me on what I can do to pick the best swim suit for my son. I had a lot of other queries and even though he didn't have all the answers, he was resourceful and actively searched for them online and from his co-workers. You got yourself a keeper, Decathlon! Their click and collect service is prompt and service is delivered with a smile! Have done click and collect from this outlet a few times. Easy as it’s located just beside the Tampines mrt station (green line) and just located at the exterior of Tampines Mall. The store also has most of the basic items which you require and is bigger than other click and collect outlets which I have went before. Service is very friendly and it’s easy to locate staff. Would definitely come to this outlet often. Thank you.
