Promo tag reflected 3 pcs for $18.90 but when make payment staff said no promo. Did not honour the price stated and said one word sorry. That's it!

I had a wonderful experience at Decathlon Tampines Mall. I want to compliment and highlight Dee's extraordinary service. He was humble, polite and extremely helpful. He was familiar with the policies and adviced me on what I can do to pick the best swim suit for my son. I had a lot of other queries and even though he didn't have all the answers, he was resourceful and actively searched for them online and from his co-workers. You got yourself a keeper, Decathlon! You hired a good man! Congratulations!

Had a wonderful experience on Wed 4th June, morning at Decathlon. Sales personnel was patient, informative & very helpful, handing me clothes whenever I couldn't reach the choices I wanted. I am sorry not to have remembered her name. This is on 4th June, Wed morning.

Went there to buy a $50 gift card. I intended to offset the price by using a $5 voucher given to me earlier based on my loyalty point . When I mentioned this to the counter staff, they first asked me to share my membership number. After I shared they mentioned to me that they can’t trace these points and I need to show them my mail. I searched the mail and showed them the details. Then they told me that I have to download the app and redeem from the app which I did. In the process I wasted almost 10 mins. The staff there are completely clueless and I find it hard to believe that my voucher will not be reflected in their system! In the end, I didn’t buy anything. I will buy something else and avoid this store.

I had a great experience at Decathlon! The store was well-organized with a fantastic collection of gear—plenty of options to choose from. A big shoutout to Mitchell, who was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to help me pick the best items for my trip. Amazing service and a genuinely great guy. Highly recommend both the store and Mitchell's assistance!
